Very clean, nicely renovated apartment with a very kind and helpful host.

Pros: It is a very nice property, newly renovated, with big spaces and more than enough room for two people.

Cons: Important note for light sleepers: • The aluminium window frames don’t insulate well, so a lot of street noise from the busy road in Pagkrati comes into the apartment. we ended up buying earplugs to sleep. • There are no shutters or proper blackout blinds, so it gets bright very early in the morning. We didn’t sleep much the first night and had to buy sleep masks. Also, the elevator was not working for 3 out of the 5 days we stayed there

Great place to stay for a local experience in Athens

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and is filled with natural light. It’s newly renovated and is well equipped. It’s also very spacious for a one bedroom apartment. The bathroom is a good size and clean. The bed is comfortable. We really liked the area too, it’s an easy area to be in. There’s good cafes and restaurants and a good vibe. There’s a small supermarket downstairs and a bigger one at the top of the street. It’s close to the central gardens which are lovely and about a 20-25 minute walk to plaka and the centre and about 15 minutes to Kolonaki The hosts are also really responsive and helpful. Highly recommended staying here.

Cons: Everything was great, the only thing I can think of is that I would have preferred softer pillow options and maybe an additional option for making coffee like a briki

Perfect apartment

Pros: It’s very good apartment in very nice area with lots of restaurants but very quiet. But it’s a bit away from the center around 20min walking and the same distance to the metro station.

Pros: 5 star experience! The apartment is beautifully designed, full of nice details, comfy bed, fluffy towels, and spotless cleaning. Great location, 1 min to bars, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, and green parks. Communication with the host is amazing, fast reply, and helpful with whatever you need. Will definitely stay there again, Thank you
