Perikleous Apartment

Pros: In terms of value for money I doubt you will find a better place to stay in Athens. This place is really central, close to transport links from the airport, close to tourist spots and close to nightlife (without being too loud)! Host is incredibly helpful and will get back to you near instantly with any queries you may have, can’t thank them enough! For future travellers, you turn the hot water on for the shower in the kitchen haha!

Pros: Very helpful contact. We always got feedback quickly. The responses were detailed and correct.

Pros: Location. Distribution of rooms. All the stuff. Very good comunication with the staff. Highly recommended!

Cons: The lift is a little old and difficult to close. The matter could be more comfortable.

Pros: I liked everything but especially the host was wonderful! Allowed us to check in and out later due to changes from the airline carrier and helped us willingly in every way! The flat was exceptionally clean and smelled so nice and also felt safe and like home. I will definitely choose to stay again at this flat when I come back to Athens and also recommend it to friends and colleagues. Thank you so very much for everything! 🙏🏻

Lovely location!

Pros: Everything was fine, clean and comfortable. There was fresh water in the glass bottles in the fridge. The flat has every kind of gadget you might need and some you'd never imagine of needing! 🙂 The best part was certainly the location, which is simply superb. Especially if you want to have all the shops at your doorstep, lovely variety of coffee houses and restaurants and all the ancient Athens sites. No need to use any kind of public transport because you can easily go everywhere on foot and enjoy the Athens ambience. Regardless of that if you want to use any kind of transport you're spoilt for choice with the Syntagma metro station and the tram station and busses and trolleys stations and the taxi piatsa within only a few feet. I'd choose to stay at this property again and will probably be back sooner or later.

Cons: Everything was fine and exactly like the photos. I wish there was a little bit of instant coffee (maybe in sachets) because I don't drink coffee from a coffee machine like the one that was provided.

Would not hesitate to recommend, including for families.

Pros: Great value for money. All the essentials right in the city center. Helpful and friendly host. Felt like home for a couple of days.

Cons: Beds were a bit rough to sleep on. And since Athens bustles late into the night, there was plenty of noise from the street at all hours. Bring earplugs for sleeping and you'll be fine.

The location was perfect. It was a nice experience.

Pros: The location is really near to center and you can easily walk to metro or other touristic attractions. The homeowner was so nice and so helpful.

Pros: Very good location, the apartment is well equipped for a short stay and it was spotless! The host very accommodating and can be reached at any time!

Cons: If you are not used to big cities it might be difficult to get a qood night sleep, as the area is very lively with bars and restaurants and the windows are only single glazed. You can hear everything that happens on the street.
