Started Well but Turned into a Frustrating Stay

Pros: The only positive thing about this apartment was that it looked like the photos.

Cons: My experience was quite disappointing overall. There were no extra bedsheets or room cleaning service provided. Only one glass was available for drinking water, and it was left dirty in the sink. There was also no soap or any cleaning items to wash it, and no body soap was supplied either. The strangest part of my stay was receiving a call after two days saying I had to change apartments due to a security issue. I understood the situation, but the new apartment I was moved to was terrible – broken cabinets, a cigarette-burned bed cover, and an awful building overall. It was honestly a nightmare. After complaining, I was eventually moved again to another apartment in a much better area. Although it was an improvement, it still wasn’t as good as the one I had originally booked and paid for. In the end, I’d say my experience was mixed – the apartment I first booked was fine, even though the area wasn’t great, but the last apartment was in a better location and slightly better overall.

Worth it

Pros: The only problem was no soap or shower jell and no possibility to cook or warm up food..I got clean towels and toilet paper from the cleaner or the Golden City Hotel, from where I got the key to the flat. It was a safe building.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and clean., the architecture around the place is very beautiful.

Cons: Wifi is weak but it's not the biggest problem. The main thing is cleanness,beauty and comfort of bed and the apartment.

Pros: Okay for this price. Good location, near Omonia. Thank you for clean towels, soap and so.

Cons: You can smell cigarette smoke from past guests. A smoke detector would probably solve that in future.

Pros: A large bedroom. Clean. The bathroom includes shampoo and body lotion samples. Perfect for just passing the night.

Cons: The location is a bit remote, and not the nicest from Athens. There are no supermarkets around, apart from mini-markets with basic elements.

Great - I would go back

Pros: I liked this appartment, it was easy to use and it had all I needed (big bed, shower, fridge, airco, balcony and a location in the centre). I also liked the space, I didn't feel trapped.

Cons: - When I came in, I immediately took a shower. However the staff forgot to place some towels, so I could not dry myself. At least I didn't have to wait long due to the weather. Eventually I picked up the towels at the reception at the hotel nearby (approx. 4 min. walking). - I do not mind the people that hang around the street near the location, but other people might.

Nice (beside the explicit the drugs use)

Pros: The people in the reception were really nice and the room was nice.

Cons: I did not like the location (there are several people doing drugs-syringes at anytime). It is around 25’ walk to the city center, that is fine. The only problem it is the people around the apartment.

Pros: The rooms are very well equipped, newly renovated and everything is there.

Cons: The wifi was very poor and did not work, but it was too late and there was no front desk so it could not be fixed, the neighborhood where the hotel is located is a mess, full of beggars and drugs

Very nice and clean apartment close to the subway

Pros: The apartment was new and everything was very nice and clean, the staff were very friendly and it’s very close to the subway.

Cons: The only bad thing is that there’s is no stove of microwave so if you’re planning on cooking something there’s not many options.

Fantastic value for money!

Pros: Fantastic value for money, sofa and bed all clean and very spacious

Cons: A lot of insects especially under the sink near the bin
