Wow!
Pros: This property exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly generous and the property was exactly as described,. It was fully stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable and feel like home. The air conditioning worked very well and the WiFi was strong. We had an amazing stay here and enjoyed many swims on the private beach at our doorstep.
Cons: Nothing, we loved everything about this property.

Perfect apartment for our stay. Clean, well equipped.
Pros: Very calm place, house is next to the beach. We were satisfied with everything. Litsa is extremely willing host. . 2 bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen. Apartment is sunny, airy, well air conditioned. Host prepared basic food for first breakfast, wine, table water, ... very nice bonus. There is one umbrella and two sunbeds on the beach. We traveled with 3 kids, maybe plastic chairs or camping chairs would help. Beach is mix of sand and pebbles. There is small part with natural shade. There is sea with clear water and lots of small fish next to the island. I can also recommended Litsa restaurant. Lavrion city is about 20 minutes by car and offer lots of restaurants, markets, shops and good atmosphere.
Cons: Small balcony (for 5 members family).

We would definitely visit again, if only to enjoy the beach and great hospitality.
Pros: We were welcomed so warmly, shown how to use everything. Made to feel completely at home. The personality and warmth of the owner is amazing. It was the perfect place to spend time in beachside Greece. Still plenty of area to explore and sightsee. Air conditioning or ocean breeze!

A wonderful stay
Pros: This was an incredible place to stay right on the beach. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Our host was very kind and stocked some essentials in the fridge for us prior to our arrival. She went out of her way to cook us an incredible meal in her restaurant downstairs, dropped us a traditional Greek dessert to the apartment and came to say goodbye on our last day. Would highly recommend staying here!

Pros: Great hospitality, relaxation, and, of course, the nearby beach. The apartment has everything you need, and, on top of that, a beautiful view of the sea. The hospitality of the hostess, Litsa, is a big plus for this place, and the food in her cafe is fresh and delicious!

Great hospitality!
Pros: The place and the hospitality of the host exceeded all our expectations! The apartment is located on the first floor in a building right next to the beach - above the tavern. It is superbly equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Wi-Fi works flawlessly (checked by two teenagers :)). The distance from the sea shore is about 20 m, so at any time of the day or night you can enjoy the surroundings, sunbath and swim in a wonderful bay. However, the greatest asset to this place is the host - Litsa, who constantly took care of us! Throughout our stay, she hosted us many times in her tavern and made our stay even more pleasant in many ways. This made our holidays unforgettable!!! I recommend this place to all those, who are looking for rest and peace!
Cons: Everything was PERFECT! There is no shop nearby, so it is necessary to take a taxi to do shopping or ask for supplies - of course, the host helps with everything.

Estancia inolvidable a pie de playa
Pros: Estuvimos una familia de cinco en esta preciosa casa a pie de playa del 28 de agosto al 1 de septiembre. Llegamos por la tarde, y la anfitriona , Litza nos obsequió con una deliciosa cena en su taberna en la misma playa, repetimos para comer el último día, había una mesa de comensales tocando la guitarra y cantando canciones griegas ...la está cia y la amabilidad de la a diario a convirtieron nuestras vacaciones en inolvidables. Ver el amanecer desde la terracita de la casa, desayunar en la parte baja, donde hay una mesa y unas tumbonas. Es una zona muy tranquila, en los alrededores no hay tiendas ni supermercados, pero no los echamos de menos. Alquilamos un coche y listo. Nos habríamos quedado más días🌅❤️

Fantastisch!! Zeer aanbevolen! Kan niet beter.
Pros: In een woord: fantastisch! Een heerlijk plek aan zee. Mooi en ruim. Het restaurant van de eigenaresse is erg goed. Ook zijn er andere restaurantjes op loopafstand. Het strand bij het appartement is een kiezelstrand, op 5 minuten lopen is er een zandstrand. De host is bijzonder attent en de communicatie is erg goed.
Cons: Niets! Dit is een plek die je eigenlijk voor jezelf wilt houden.
