Lagonisi Luxury Apartment by the sea

Modern flat, great experience!

Pros: 5 Star stay! First of all the communication with the owner was quite efficient and she was always willing to help with any query. The flat is modern, super clean with everything you may need for your holidays. Parking is easy and there is plenty. There is a nearby beach only 5 min walk. Overall a great experience, excellent stay and definitely strongly recommended either for a couple or a family of 3!

High Standard -Relaxed stay!

Pros: Amazing location, near- 20-30min distance from airport avoiding all traffic conjunction that center has. Quiet area but also safe for your stay. The apartment was by far one of the best place I have ever been accommodated, giving as first exceptional feedback to the cleanliness! Decoration and amenities were both as the description says \

Cons: I think the external building, down entrance etc, must meet also the high standards of the apartment. It needs improvement so as to add value even more to the exceptional status of this luxury apartment.

Pros: Newly renovated apartment, modern, comfortable and fully equipped. Easy check in, on site parking. would book again definitely.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment!

Pros: We enjoyed our stay here very much. The comfort, decor and facilities are exceptional and better than some hotels. Although set back from the main coast road, we could easily and safely walk to the nearest beach by turning right out of rear gate, right again and use the underpass to access beach. Has some nice restaurants nearby - Kyra Popi, Barba Giorgis both good seafood restaurants. To Klookl beach taverna and Bali Beach both good.

Cons: There's nothing that we disliked! Our only suggestion would be to have maybe have some basic written instructions i.e. where to take the rubbish bags etc.

Pros: Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal hier – das spricht für sich! Modern ausgestattete Wohnung, alles da von Spül- bis Waschmaschine, bequeme Betten, unkompliziertes Einchecken, parken vor der Haustür, Katzensprung zum Meer. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Ich würde diese Wohnung sehr gerne erneut mieten und wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Pros: In Fußnähe vom Strand. Apartment ist sehr modern geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine,Spülmaschine ,verschiedene andere Küchengeräte sind dabei, auch genug Geschirr und ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Ein sehr gutes Bett mit bequemen Matratze. Diese Ferienwohnung liegt zudem nicht weit von Athen entfernt, nur etwa 35 Kilometer bis ins Stadtzentrum, was man in ungefähr 45 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht. Insgesamt ist es wirklich ein liebevoll eingerichtetes sehr empfehlenswertes Apartment.

Cons: Was mich jedoch gestört hat, ist, dass die Bundesstraße recht stark zu hören ist, sodass man sich erst daran gewöhnen muss.Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber in Ordnung. Ein weiteres kleines Problem war die Dusche, wo das Wasser nicht richtig abgelaufen ist.

Appartamento curato nei dettagli , ottima posizione

Pros: Appartamento molto curato sia nell’ arredamento sia per le apparecchiature elettroniche. Rifinito anche nei particolari. Terrazza piacevole e abitabile

Cons: Appartamento perfetto , la struttura che lo accoglie potrebbe essere decisamente migliorata. Da migliorare la tenuta della doccia.
