Lagonisi Beach House

Pros: Apartment was outstanding. The owners were so friendly & helpful. They met us when we arrived & took the time to show us round. They had thought of every little detail to make our stay completely relaxing and were often on site for any questions we had. The pool was lovely, we had the space to ourselves a lot of the time. A short walk to the lovely beach. There is not much in the area apart from a supermarket & a lovely coffee shop/bakery/ice cream parlour. It's worth going to the restaurants that are around a 30 min walk/7 min drive. Lovely fish & souvlaki restaurants. I'd definitely advise renting a car or getting ubers otherwise there is not much to do apart from pool & beach.

Cons: There is a 4 lane road right outside the apartment which some people have found noisy but it didn't bother us at all. It's quite tricky to walk along there though as the traffic is so fast moving

Just amazing

Pros: We had an amazing stay at the Lagonisi Beach House.Thank you Yamis,Dmimitry and family. The villas are just perfect.We had everything that we needed for our family holidays and more .The garden and the pool are nicely arranged and well looked after. The beach across the road is beautiful.If you have a car,access to Atens is very easy.We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: The excellent hospitality and communication. House and garden were very clean. The appartement was spacious. Easy access to the beach, supermarket close by. The garden is completely and nicely fenced with lots of green,.

Cons: Traffic noise from the road next to the house, only when we were at the pool but the landlord left a soundbox near the pool so my children had a great time listening to good music while swimming. The landlord mentioned that he has plans for soundproofing next year

Pros: I rented the entire property for my group of 15 people. I was very impressed by the property and enjoyed every moment of my stay. The apartments were unique, clean, had all essential amenities and more. There was a speaker for use around the pool area which created a very relaxed and fun atmosphere. The property is situated in a good location, close to the beach and market. Yannis was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond expectations. He coordinated a private chef to come during our stay and I must say we thoroughly enjoyed the meal! I would 100% stay at this location again and recommend to anyone and everyone! Thank you again for ensuring we had an awesome stay!

Pros: The place exceeded our expectations. It's been run meticulously by a family. The garden is beautiful and very well-kept. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped, with a great washing room, two bedrooms with an en-suite, and a third bathroom. They will greet you with lovely snacks and drinks, and like in a 5-star hotel, disposable slippers, bath set amenities and extra towels for the pool. Surprisingly, the beach is a 30-second walk, an easy access just next to the property. Def would come back.

Cons: Nothing! I just would like to have an oven in the kitchen.

Pros: Amazing Villa with a Perfect Pool We stayed at this villa with my wife and kids, and it was an incredible experience! The villa is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool was the highlight of our stay - the kids enjoyed it non-stop, and the adults could relax and unwind. Additionally, the hosts were kind and available for any questions or requests. The villa is also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommended for any family looking to disconnect and enjoy a quality, pleasant getaway.

Pros: The property was very clear and very nice. The pool and the garden was very well kept and really nice. The houses had everything in it you might need on your stay. There is a nice pool and the beach is just on the other side of the street, and the crossing is right next to the property’s gate. The view from the balcony is lovely.

Cons: The location is a bit far from Athens or any sights, so you need to rent a car or get a cab/uber if you want to get into the city.

Cons: There was noise from the road & the beach bars. Shutters and bedroom locations meant no trouble sleeping.

Pros: We booked this villa for our weekend staycation! Best decision ever! We had family coming from all around Athens and they couldn’t be more excited! Facilities and the house in general were new and we could find all the appliances you would think of. Pool Was big, could easily fit 10+ adults & kids, very nice outside patio for out family dinner and super child friendly also, since we had young kids as well! Totally recommend, not only for family vacay but also for other excursions! Perfect location, beachfront with many cafes and restaurants nearby!

Ontspannend, genoeg ruimte en heerlijk genoten.

Pros: Heerlijke ruimte, schoon, door de rolgordijnen goed donker. Goede locatie dicht bij het strand.

Cons: Het geluid van de drukke straat waaraan het gebouw ligt. Je raakt er wel snel aan gewend en je hebt er geen last van maar je hoort het wel goed.
