Άριστο ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα, σε καλή τιμή

Pros: Σε άριστο σημείο για πρόσβαση στο Εφετείο και τον Άρειο Πάγο. Ήσυχη περιοχή. Κοντά σε μετρό. Ανακαινισμένο με γούστο, διαθέτει όλα όσα χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης.

Cons: Δεν λειτουργούσαν τα κανάλια της τηλεόρασης (χαλασμένη κεραία μου είπε ο ιδιοκτήτης). Δεν υπήρχαν οδηγίες α) για θέρμανση (είδα καλοριφέρ αλλά δεν ήξερα πώς μπαίνει σε λειτουργία) και β) ζεστό νερό (τελικά είχε θερμοσίφωνο και ψάχνοντας βρήκα το διακόπτη στον πίνακα).

Pros: Όλα ήταν τέλεια, πολύ καθαρό το κατάλυμα, πολύ κοντά στα δικαστήρια, μπράβο στα παιδιά για την δουλειά που έχουν κάνει
