Pros: Close to the Office. Good furniturs, exzellent terrace. Kitchen with everything i Need.

Cons: No invoice.

A nice little central Piraeus home

Pros: I liked it a lot. Good location in Piraeus, all important places at walking distance and public transport very close. Clean, practical and relatively peaceful, with everything you need; kitchen small but well equipped; I loved the light and bright bathroom! A large terrace with city views and sunshine; a nice supply of everything for living, from extra towels to detergent. Easy to agree with hosts on check in and check out times.

Cons: Not much. The living room could have some small warm lights for the evenings; on cooler days it would be nice to be able to remove the “tents” that appear to be fixed (they are good though when it’s hot and sunny, or raining). A very urban location comes inevitably with some city noise even as the house itself is peaceful.

I highly enjoyed my 2 week stay at this location, and will stay again on future visits.

Pros: I loved the privacy of being the only unit on the 5th floor and and the very large private patio area adjacent to the apartment. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this location to others for their stay. A friend recommended it to me and he did not steer me wrong!

Cons: Small improovement would be great to install dishwashing machine to get 10/10 great apartment. But it's very very small inconvenience

Pros: Katia's Apt is very cosy, convenient, modern, calm and functional ( the apt has everything you need...) with a great sunny terrace and view of the city, ideal after a busy day in Athens... Very nice location in the port of Athens... Close to the center of the city with the subway, tram... Plenty of stores, coffee places, delicious bakeries, ice cream shops, restaurants, fish markets... Very pleasant and cosy during the evening walking around and near the Marina... I had a wonderful time in Athens and I will definitely recommend to stay at Katia's Apt. Thank you.

Bra läge med stor uteplats

Pros: Smidig kontakt med hyresvärden. Nära bussförbindelser och hamnen. Kändes modernt och med stor fin uteplats och bra AC, vilket behövdes. Vi var där en vecka. Extra bonus att vi kunde tvätta upp lite kläder innan vi for vidare.

Cons: Det enda som kunde ha varit bättre för vårt behov var sängen, som knarrade.
