Pros: 10 is too little for this appartment!! 10++++ + Appartment has an amazing zacuzzi !! With hydromassage + A big screen and you can play games with playstation!!! + A big arcade classic machine that has old games It really is amazing !!!! All the appartment is modern and excellent 👌 👌!

I recommend it to everyone, strangers and friends who want to have a good time, in a clean and quiet
Pros: The apartment is accessed by a nice and clean staircase or elevator, with friendly neighbors. The apartment is beautifully clean, well-thought-out, well-equipped, modern, with many thoughtful details. Lots of entertainment options with friends, family, children. The apartment is in an excellent location, very quiet compared to the traffic: walking distance to the metro terminal, which comes directly from the airport. Close to the tram and bus stop, all parts of Athens are accessible, a boat port from which you can visit the surrounding islands. Nearby there is a pleasant free beach, supermarkets, restaurants, among which Kalipita, which is perhaps the best souvlaki in Piraeus. If you don't feel like walking, Efood's motorbike couriers will bring everything to your home. Our host was flexible in solving our problems.
Cons: Perhaps the internet speed available via wifi was lower than what we were used to. But we didn't come here to make phone calls, we came here to relax.

A luxurious and memorable getaway on the water — highly recommended!
Pros: The house was spotless, stylish, and well-maintained. The jacuzzi and champagne setup gave a luxurious touch. The crew was friendly and made us feel welcome from the first moment.
Cons: The stay was short — we wish we had more time to enjoy it fully! Maybe a bit more shade on the deck would be nice during hot afternoons.

Situation idéale entre le Falère et le Pirée
Pros: L'emplacement de l'appartement était très bien adapté pour nous, car nous ne souhaitions pas utiliser la voiture dans Athènes. L'appartement est à moins de 15 minutes à pied du Falère et du Pirée, dans un quartier étudiant. L'appartement est très bien équipé, et même plus ! Il y a un garage (ouvert) pour la voiture. Très bonne réactivité de notre hôte qui a toujours répondu à nos demandes.
Cons: Un peu de bruit la nuit, mais c'est Athènes... Des voisines au dessous qui discutaient et riaient jusqu'à 1h30 du matin la première nuit et 11h du soir la seconde nuit. Pour garer la voiture, je me suis trompé d'emplacement qui était très étroit, et la voiture passait au centimètre près ! J'ai dû la ressortir pour aller la garer au bon emplacement qui était heureusement plus large.

We had a pleasant stay and would rent this unit again.
Pros: - The host is friendly and very responsive. - The condo was clean and functional. Kitchen, bath, linens & towels were clean and ready to go. - Seems like a safe and secure property so we had no safety concerns. - The location was convenient, close to the port with many restaurants & tavernas within walking distance. There is a small grocery store right around the corner. - The crib was made available as requested and the host left some toys there that my 2-1/2 year old nephew really enjoyed. - The inner environment was fairly quiet and peaceful with only light traffic noise in the day time (as one would expect in any busier urban environment.) - Make sure to turn on the water heater circuit breaker at the panel in the hall way. The host has it clearly marked.
Cons: No complaints. A few items to note: - Dryer doesn’t work quickly because it might not be ventilating the hot moist air effectively. The good news is that we could dry the few things we needed to wash out on the porch in a matter of a couple hours in the nice dry evening air. So no problem for us. - Parking is in a courtyard area and it seems a bit tricky at first but becomes easy enough once you have done it a couple times. Just back in and swing car into place infront of the motorcyle. Most rental cars in Greece are small and very easy to maneuver.

Ολα εξαιρετικά!!
Pros: Τρομερή τοποθεσία,10 λεπτά με τα πόδια απ την κεντρική αγορά του Πειραιά!!κοντά στο μετρό ,κοντά στον ηλεκτρικό…ιδανικό σε όλα!!Οτι πρέπει για ζευγάρι για αναψυχή ακόμα και για δουλειές αυθημερόν!Πολυ ευχάριστος χώρος…το ατού του ότι σε 10 Λεπτά με συγκοινωνία είσαι στη μαρίνα Ζέας!!
