Nice flat on nice area

Pros: Clean and brand new. Nice neighborhood. There was also a WiFi even though it was not advertised.

Cons: Poor noice insulation between flats. Kitchen utensils (knives, forks, spoons) were limited. A brush and a shovel would be a nice addition to keep floor tidy during a stay.
