It was exceptional
Pros: It was the best location, and very affordable for what it was. Also, Mrs. Yvonni, was extremely polite and helpful in every respect.
Cons: I think it will be very useful if they add a few amenities, like slippers, shower gel, shampoo, etc.

A wonderful place
Pros: This is a great find. Good location, much space, nice redecoration, a fantastic kitchen, view to the luxury marina (and many waterside eateries and cafes there), several neighbourhood stores around, and last but not least a great host and owner, Mrs. Yvonne: Flexible, forthcoming, professional, a pleasure to deal with (remotely, we haven't met). ALL rooms have their own AC. All bedrooms are connected without doors, so privacy for large parties is limited, but we were only 2 persons. All bedrooms are at the back, so the street noise (not much anyway) does not reach there. Taxi stand across the street, most of the time there is a least 1 taxi there, we took one at 5am. We would love to spend a few days in this flat, but unfortunately we had less than 24h available this time.
Cons: A few minor things, which however should be fixed because they are annoying: The mattress in the main bedroom must indeed be replaced, as another guest already commented: it has taken open V shape, meaning both persons roll towards the center of the bed. Good for lovers :) The shower door of the main bathroom does not close properly. The standing fan provided is too loud, does not oscillate and the button for regulating the speed is missing (tip to the owner: the most quiet ones are the cheapest ones). There was a nespresso coffee machine, but a few coffee capsules should have been there too. There is a whole in the wooden floor. The batteries in one of the AC remotes were dead. 3 or 4 ceiling lights were not functioning, one had an annoying strobo effect. I repeat, all minor things.

Great spacious apartment, great location and views
Pros: Excellent location with restaurants close by - ocean views and we walked to our ferry at the port. Absolutely fabulous host. One of the most attentive and caring so far on our long trip. If this place is available book it.

Perfect
Pros: Fabulous location, the apartment is luxurious and includes everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds with beautiful linen and towels. We would love to stay here on our next visit to Athens .

Pros: Amazing experience I loved it Shops and taxis are just a stone's throw away, making this location incredibly convenient! But what truly made my stay special was the amazing host Yvonne. Thank you for your warm hospitality, prompt communication, and thoughtful touches throughout the space. I would love to visit again and experience your wonderful hosting once more! 5 stars and highly recommended!\

Pros: Μια πραγματικά υπέροχη εμπειρία διαμονής! Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ προσεγμένο και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, σε πολύ βολικό σημείο, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα. Αυτό όμως που έκανε τη διαφορά ήταν η οικοδέσποινα. Εξαιρετικά ευγενική, άμεση στην επικοινωνία και πάντα διαθέσιμη να μας βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Μας έκανε να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι από την πρώτη στιγμή. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
