Pros: Perfect location, transport available. New building with very good facilities having all you need. There is everything nearby, even a 24/7 shop 5 mins away from the building

Cons: 5 mins before check out time the ladies were knocking on the door waiting for cleaning

Pros: Very clean, great location, easy check-in and good communication from hosts! (Even though I wasn't very communicative - too busy exploring! :-p) The morning sun through the windows right into the room when i opened the blinds was so perfect. A modern, clean, light-filled home, just the way I like it! My 2nd time staying in the building, I'll definitely be back.

Pros: A cozy, small, clean apartment with a good location near a tram stop, making it easy to get to the beach and other places. There is a coffee shop in the building, and a grocery store across the street that has everything you need. Each room has air conditioning, which is a plus when the temperature outside is 40 degrees Celsius.

Cons: The handle of the front door and the bathroom door were loose, and the electric blinds in one of the rooms were not working. We informed the owner about this, and I am confident that he will be able to fix it within an hour. This did not bother us, and everything went well. I give this room a perfect 10.

Pros: Clean, cozy, spacious apartment. Well renovated. Transport within 2-3 minutes walk. Nearby is the city beach, shops, cafes.

Pros: We had everything we needed, iron machine, hair dryer, etc. The apartment is clean, comfortable and the host very friendly. Lots of parking spaces on the street. Very good price also!

A very enjoyable place to stay.

Pros: Very modern, great to have a washing machine and A/C was very much needed! We had a couple of issues that were dealt with very promptly.
