Pros: Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, freundliche Terrasse, viel Platz in der Wohnung da keine unnötigen Möbel. Sichere Umgebung.

Pros: Excellent emplacement car proche de toutes les commodités : commerces, transports (métro, tram, port,...). On se sent en sécurité. Appartement très propre. Il y manque un peu de vaisselle et quelques ustensiles sont à remplacer (usure). La chambre donne sur l'arrière du bâtiment et est donc plus au calme. La grande terrasse est très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. C'est une valeur sûre. Excellent rapport qualité /prix.

Handige, heerlijk ruime plek. Aanrader!

Pros: De ruimte, de stilte, lekker bed, dichtbij de metro, leuke buurt.

Cons: Het was maar een klein puntje van aandacht, maar ik had graag de wasmachine gebruikt en die had kuren. De eigenaar kon dit niet oplossen en gaf ook aan in z’n berichtjes dat hij “hier in al die jaren nog nooit iets van had gehoord”, zodat het leek alsof ik zelf de oorzaak was.
