Sea View Beach Penthouse - Athens Coast

Pros: The stay was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed the beautiful beach just across the street. The penthouse is exactly as advertised, with a huge terrace, amazing view and a modern design that feels both warm and high-quality. It was spotless and comfortable. Also, the bedrooms are soundproofed, so we had no issues with noise at all. Communication with the hosts was excellent, very nice and quick to reply. Highly recommended!

Pros: Our stay in the penthouse was so unique!!! The check-in process was very easy, and the staff were friendly and readily available throughout our stay whenever we needed assistance. The apartment is newly renovated using high-quality materials and the bed was very comfortable. The terrace was one of our favorite spots, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea view. The location is excellent, right next to the beach in a vibrant area with many seaside cafes, bars, and great places to eat within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse in Alimos. The sea view was absolutely perfect! The apartment had all the comforts you could possibly need, very well equipped, stylish, and spotless. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient. There is a free beach just across the property, which was a huge plus, and plenty of great options for food and drinks within walking distance. Also, the historic centre of Athens is very easily accessible.

Spacious Penthouse Apartments on the Athens Riviera

Pros: Stunning view of the Aegean and very accessible. Situated opposite Penarrubia Lounge and a high street of shops two streets behind. Extremely spacious living, lounge, kitchen and balcony. Significantly larger than typical size apartments and hotels in Athens so ideal for those looking for alot of space.

Pros: Amazing, especially the big terrace with beach view. Also, the neighborhood is great with many restaurants, cafes, etc. that are open very late at night. Further, the communication with Alex and Marina was flawless. We could even do a late check out on our last day. Again, thank you Alex for everything 😊😊

Great penthouse at fantastic location on Athenian beach

Pros: Great, spacious apartment with an amazing roof terrace on an excellent location. Close to the beautiful beaches of Kalamaki (paid access though) and great restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, as nicely suggested by the super friendly host. Smooth check in/out with clear instructions.

Cons: Parking is a bit difficult on the full streets of Athens, may take some time to find a spot close by.

Pros: Very helpful host, perfect location, huge terrace. Very nice place for everyone who wants to stay by the sea but close to centre of Athens. Penthouse is located very close to the main road so you have to expect cars to be heard. But if you want to be by the sea and see it from the window, have to accept it. I like it much there and hopefuly comming back again.
