Alimos - Sea View Apartment

Fab stay at the beach for an Athens city break .

Pros: Lovely property opposite the beach with excellent cheap transport direct into Athens centre ,restaurants near by and easy access to other riviera beaches along the coast . Host was very helpful and resounded swiftly to any questions .

Cons: Loved everything

Pros: Everything was according the descriptions, very clean and comfortable, property absolutely meet our expectations.

Memorable stay at Alimos Sea View Apartment

Pros: The location is priceless. 3-4 mins walk to the tram station and the various bus stops. Kalamaki beach is within 5 mins walking distance. The apartment had a good collection of bath and beach towels that came in very handy for our family of two adults and two young children. The apartment also had two beach umbrellas that must have saved us 15-20 euros per day by not having to rent a sunbed at the beach. The apartment balcony has a fantastic view of the sea and was our favourite place for morning tea and coffee. The surrounding area has a good collection of restaurants that are not too busy during early evening (7-8 pm) if you like peace and quiet at dinner time. These restaurants get very lively with music and customers as the evening progresses, especially during weekends.

Cons: The traffic noise can be a bit loud at times but is not much of an issue when the balcony door is closed.

Great apartment in the heart of Alimos

Pros: Great apartment across the rd from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Spacious and clean apartment, great for families. Tram close by to go to Port or centre of Athens.

Pros: Was very clean and lovely place to stay at, you can find anything you need for daily use, very thoughtful and prepared . Location is great next to the beach. Want to mention that the host was very nice and always responded, also make even changes of the days after confirmation. Very appreciated the gesture, good luck with everything !

Cons: Not property it self but just apartment based near to the main street and is very loud .

Amazing good

Pros: Undoubtedly it’s the most beautiful experience of mine for staying during traveling. The host are so hospitality and help me a lot after a smooth check in with incredible patient. The location is so nice. Not only for the beach, but so many good restaurants around the apartment can be reached only by walking. I gave my best greeting to the host and hop I can see them next time.

Pros: The location is great. Close to public transport, and after all day of sightseeing the beach is just 5 min. walk from the apartment.

Cons: The only minus is the traffic noise coming from the road running next to the building. We had to get used to it. For the view, it's still worth it.

Pros: Lovely apartment, photos didn't do it justice at all. Clean throughout & anything you'd need is already there, so it was nice to just turn up & not worry about anything. Air con was fitted in both bedrooms & the lounge, which was an absolute godsend! My daughter & I shared the twin room, which was a really nice size, clean & more importantly the beds were really comfortable, which is a first for me on a stay away from home! Apartment was easy to find thanks to the instructions given in the welcome pack & well located for transport links. The beach was a 5 minute walk across the road & there was a lovely selection of places to eat out & local food stores to stock up!

Cons: The only thing that lets this apartment down is the noise pollution from the busy traffic out the front. It never let up even throughout the night & it wasn't something you could get used to. By the end of the week I was desperate for some peace & quiet, I've never experienced anything like it before. The sad thing is, had we known, we more than likely would have looked elsewhere to stay.

Pros: Very comfortable and well equiped apartment. We found everything we need in the apartment: sun umbrella, washing machine, netflix, youtube, sound projector, coffee, huge fridge and freezer, oven, etc

Cons: Pigeon poop on the terrace.

Logement avec super vue et emplacement j

Pros: La taille du logement et son équipement (tout ce qu il faut pour cuisiner, laver le linge...). La simplicité pour accéder à l appartement sans utiliser de boîtes à clés mais des codes qui permettent à tous les occupants d être autonomes. Un très bon contact avec le responsable du logement qui nous a toujours répondu rapidement et efficacement. La localisation en face d une plage très agréable et à proximité des transports publics (tram, bus, bus aéroport) et des magasins (boulangerie très bonne juste à quelques mètres et supermarchés à 100m). Et enfin la vue sur le coucher de soleil sur la mer.

Cons: La vue sur mer a hélas une contrepartie comme pour tous les appartements front de mer. Bruit intense de la circulation sur la terrasse mais aussi dans la chambre et un peu moins dans le salon. La litterie de la chambre est à améliorer, matelas trop fin. Mais le très bon rapport qualité prix et tous les points positifs de l appartement compensent bien le bruit et la litterie.
