Good choice for a few days for sightseeing and enjoying the beach for a family of 4 with smaller kids
Pros: Perfect location, close to the beach, to supermarket ( My Market on the next street) and restaurants ( go up on the street and turn left at the 2nd corner) as well as public transport. Apartment is exactly as in the pictures, nice and very well equippef. Hosts did not let us alone, asked if al was fine.
Cons: There is a huge highway between the apartment and the beach which is very loud. No surprise, i checked before where we would stay, but as it is loud even during the night, if you are a bad sleeper take earlplugs.

Pros: Apartament was great, very clean. Owners were very responsive and they gave us some recommendations. Apartament is near great playground for kids, beach (crowded, but with tram or car you can quickly get to one that is more quiet). With car or bus city center is also reachable very fast.

Great experience
Pros: The property is perfectly located, close to a free public beach and some very nice restaurants. One can get to Athens by taxi or public transport relatively easily. The property was clean and well equipped. It has enough space for 2-4 people. The host was very welcoming and responsive. We enjoyed the stay a lot!

I would recommend
Pros: The place was cleaner than most 4* hotels. We found everything we needed, like at home. Only 30 minutes from centre and around 1hr from airport (bus). Many Restaurants around. Only few minutes walk to the nearest beach.

Pros: Casa confortevole ,ben attrezzata ,comoda per una famiglia di 4 persone .Ha un bel arredamento è molto pulita c'è tutto quello che serve in una casa .Bello e spazioso il balcone la straconsiglioAbbiamo apprezzato il check-in facile e veloce con chiave in cassetta per chi come noi arriva di notte !!
Cons: È solo perché sono Italiana e non amo il caffè solubile non abbiamo potuto fare colazione per mancanza di una caffettiera o macchinetta elettrica. Presente però quella per caffè americano è giusto un appunto, non è stato comunque un problema... poiché abbiamo trovato un ottimo forno a pochi metri dall'appartamento che vendeva cornetti e cappuccini buoni !!

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, wszedzie blisko. Apartament przestronny, dobrze wyposazony z duzym balkonem. Rolety w oknach, wszystko jest jak byc powinno :)

Отличный вариант проживания недалеко от центра Афин.
Pros: Расположение хорошее, квартира в целом комфортная и уютная. Есть все необходимое. Приятный интерьер, все сделано продумано и со вкусом.
Cons: Неудобная душевая, вода попадает на пол, грязная сушилка на балконе - ощущение, что ей давно никто не пользовался, и ее не приводили в порядок.

Piękny apartament, wspaniała, cicha lokalizacja.
Pros: Apartament jest świetnie wyposażony, a także świetnie położony. Bezpośrednio nad wybrzeżem, nieopodal jest ulica pełna restauracji, sklepów. Na zwiedzanie trzeba udać się do centrum, co zajmuje tak z 40 minut, ale tramwaj jest też bardzo blisko, nie jest to zatem problem. Duży balkon, pierwsze piętro, spokojna okolica. Serdecznie polecamy pobyt!
