Pros: Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο. Ευρύχωρο φωτεινό και σε πολύ καλή περιοχή. Βρίσκεις εύκολα σχετικά πάρκινγκ και έχει πολύ κοντά και τραμ και ηλεκτρικό. Έχει κοντά τα πάντα που μπορείς να χρειαστείς και πολλά μέρη να φας.

Cons: Ο διάβολος κρύβεται στις λεπτομέρειες. Εμείς μείναμε δώδεκα ημέρες. Θεωρώ λάθος το να μην μας αλλάξουν πετσέτες και σεντόνια αλλά να πρέπει εμείς να βάλουμε πλυντήριο. Επίσης η καθαριότητα θα έπρεπε να ήταν καλύτερη και ευτυχώς είχε σκούπα και σφουγγαρίστρα για να φέρουμε το χώρο όπως θέλω να είναι. Είχε χνούδια πίσω από το κρεβάτι και τα φίλτρα του κλιματιστικού ήταν φραγμένα από την σκηνή. Τέλος θεωρώ ότι το ψυγείο καλό θα ήταν να είχε ένα μπουκάλι νερό για το \
