The owner was polite and good. The apartment was clean and tidy. The only disadvantage is the very slow wifi

Pros: The apartment was clean and in very good and calm location.

Cons: WiFi was soo slow. I have been using services all time.

Pros: The location is good if you want to be close to the harbour and to the sports stadiums. It's away from Athens city center but public transportation is close and easy. The home was clean, well equipped and quiet. The host is very kind! The rate is 8 because of poor stream and not enough hot water in shower. The blankets could be better, it was cold and there were no extras, we had wait for the night after to improve the sleep.

Comfortable and spacious

Pros: Great facilities, even provided with a coffee machine, the place was comfortable and I highly recommend it.

Cons: There was a loud buzzing noise coming from behind the wall next to the bed at nighttime, it lasted around 30 minutes. Not sure if it was some type of system at function, but it woke me up at the middle of the night.

Pros: Very close tram station quiet room and owner is allways ready to help you clean room and for me the owner iş very honest because after my leaving she found my lost shoes in the room she call me and deliver it thanks for evrything

It was a pleasant stay , in a quite and clean room with no negatives

Pros: It is exactly how is presented on the pictures . Was clean , quiet , easy to find . Very close to coffee shops , restaurants , transportation.

Cons: Just a recommendation . It would be nice to add a toaster .

Pros: Nice and cozy apartment, very clean. Calm neighbours & neighbourhood in general. Close to the supermarket and bus/tram stop.

Pros: Ήσυχο διαμέρισμα παρόλο που βρίσκεται κοντά σε κεντρικό δρόμο.

Επισκέπτομαι συχνά την Αθήνα και μπαίνει στη λίστα με τα αγαπημένα μου καταλύματα. ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ

Pros: Υπέροχη επικοινωνία με τον ιδιώτη άμεση και εξυπηρετική

Pros: Χρειάστηκε να μείνουμε στο δωμάτιο για λόγους υγείας.Το δωμάτιο ήταν κοντά στο Μετροπόλιταν κ για αυτό το επιλέξαμε.Ανετο καθαρό δωμάτιο.Αν κ φτάσαμε νωρίτερα η ιδιοκτήτης φρόντισε να ετοιμάσει πιο γρήγορα το δωμάτιο ώστε να μας εξυπηρετήσει.Σιγουρα θα το ξανά επιλέγαμε.

Cons: Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένα μπουκάλι με νερό στο ψυγείο ή έστω ένα φακελάκι με καφέ που σε όλα τα δωμάτια που έχω κλείσει μέχρι τώρα πάντα υπάρχουν καφέ,τσάι ,νερό χυμός κτλ για καλωσόρισμα.

I had a great stay at Cozy Faliro home and would recommend this property for a home base in Athens.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and the host very friendly and helpful! It was a great place to recharge after exploring all day for me and my sister.

Cons: The location could have been more accessible but there was a grocery store close by and the nearest train/tram stops were walkable. I did not realize the washing machine doesn’t work (which is why it was not included on the list of amenities)
