Warm and modern brand new apartment

Absolute bargain, definitly recommend it to a group of friends that are planning on visiting Athens.

Pros: Very good apartment with good facilities, kitchen has everything you need. Big balcony allowed us to sit and enjoy our evenings after a long day exploring. Air conditioning in every room definitly helps during those hot greek nights. Very good location with really good takeaway kebabs that are just beneath the apartment. Bakery is just across the street so you can get a fresh loaf of bread in the morning. And theres 2 lidl supermarkets within 5 minute walking distance from the apartment. Bus stops are close to apartment so getting to Piraeus is easy. The owner has always replied within 10 minutes of messaging and has helped us a lot. Will definilty book again if we come back to Athens.

Cons: Because the apartment is located on the main road leading to Piraeus, the sound of cars might be a bit distracting when sitting out on the balcony, I personally didn't mind it but I know that it might be an issue to some. In contrast, the apartment has soundproof isolation so you don't hear the cars from inside of the apartment when balcony doors are closed. Also, the lock for the apartment and entrance door definitly needs to be looked at. Opening the door is very easy and smooth but locking the door is the opposite. I was always scared that I will break the key trying to lock the door.

Exceptional apartment

Pros: Apartment is beautiful. Exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean.Good value for money. Hosts were great at answering all our questions on transport to get there and to the port.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

A wonderful, cool and comfortable break

Pros: This was an exceptional property. It was beautifully designed and built for comfort. 3 bedrooms with super comfy beds, rooms opening onto the balcony. Well working air conditioning in every room. The apartment is fully soundproofed so the sound of the busy street is removed. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts of this property were very kind to us, and were always available for a message about a flat query

Cons: That I couldn’t stay longer

Pros: Well equipped with everything you could ask for. Clean and modern, recently renovated.

New apartment, fully equipped

Pros: nice, clean, organized, full of appliances, air conditions everywhere, nice mattress, nice location close to the Basketball stadium, no mosquitoes inside the apartment thanks to the window screens everywhere, easy to come in, easy to come out, easy to find, easy to get the keys

Cons: only one small drawback: the shower drains seem plugged up, while taking a shower the wateer does not go down the drain easily and overflows. Other than that everything was perfect. Would choose again if i need to be at that part of Athens. Good job, congrats to the owner

Pros: Άνετο διαμέρισμα καθαρό μαι όλες της απαρετητες αποσκευές καλή περιοχή και είχαμε πάντα πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο.

Pros: Очень хорошая квартира ! Большие , удобные кровати. Кондиционеры во всех комнатах ! Кухня оснащена очень хорошо. Есть стиральная машина ! Огромный балкон . В целом квартира замечательная. На такси до центра 30 минут и 15 евро . Мы приехали на 2 часа раньше и хозяин разрешил нам зайти . Все было уже чисто и убрано. Есть детская кроватка для ребенка .

Cons: Все отлично.

Cons: Yatak odalarinda Kamera cardiovascular ve cook rahatsiz ediciydi. Kesinlikle olmamasi gerekir.

Spacious, responsive, and sparkling clean Piraeus option!

Pros: The apartment was spacious and clean, updated and felt quite new. Team was one of the most responsive hosts that I have ever encountered. When it became apparent that the stove top was broken, she immediately arranged to have it checked and (then) replaced. Rooms were spacious and appliances worked well. We have 6-8 large towels. While there were no washable kitchen towels, there was a large paper towel roll. There is a fairly large patio outside that has a table and can be used for coffee or merely to dry clothes more quickly.

Cons: Parking was much more complicated that I anticipated. The “off-street”/assured parking is in a grocery store parking lot à few blocks away. We didn’t feel comfortable using this, so often did a few tours around the block before we found a space. Neighborhood seems to be a much older part of the city, but still safe. I felt more comfortable here than in the heart of the tourist district - Omonoia. Neighborhood is very industrial, there is a gyros spot just below the apartment - which was convenient. There are not parks like you see in some other parts of the city.

Schöne Wohnung ,sehr gut erreichbarer Vermieter.

Pros: Sehr schöne Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer .Gute Ausstattung .Sehr gute Betten.Grosser Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank.

Cons: Für den Herd hätten wir eine Bedienungsanleitung benötigt ,wir konnten ihn nicht benutzen.Der Kaffeezubereiter ist zu klein für 3 Personen.
