Casa Nova - Appartment near the sea

A quiet home right next to Peiraiki coast

Pros: The location, if you like the Peiraiki coastline like I do, is perfect. A spacious, nice clean old residential house apartment. Very quiet, both the house and the street. Very good communication on the part of the host.

Cons: The biggest challenge for this apartment is that with no windows to the South or the West, it has no sun exposure. This may actually be a bonus if you travel during the hot summer months, but in March the apartment was cold as the sun didn't help to heat it, the AC units are clearly not enough. While there is enough light by reflection, and the views from the corner balcony are lovely sideways to both sides, I missed the warmth of the sun. Well, something that the host can't do anything about, and as said, you may love this feature of the apartment if you book in August.

I will book again if I come again in the Greece

Pros: I like environment property cleaning and I like safety as well thank you .

Cons: There is everything what we need for in the apartment washing liquid dishes plates, glass cups shampoo, vacuum cleaner, mop towels, heating, air conditioner, hairdryer, hair straightener thank you for that.

Memorable

Pros: The apartment had lovely decorations and great views from the terrace.

Cons: We were having a hard time finding a nice sandy beach but except that everything was amazing.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Perfect for an overnight stay. Clear instructions from host for apartment keys. Close to waterfront and food options. Elevator was a plus as we had plenty of luggage.

Cons: Piraeus like the rest of Athens is densely populated and parking can be a challenge. You just need to drive slowly, observe the signs and/or absence of signs and be patient.

Pros: Our stay was amazing. Host was really nice and helpful. in appartment was everything what you need for your stay. neighborhood is also very nice. i absolutely recommend this property to stay

Good value for money. We travelled end of March and paid 385 € for 5 nights.

Pros: Perfekt for two people! I won't recommend fo 3 or more. The couch in the living room is nice but not comfortable to sleep in. Nice enough apartment with nice terrace and see view, good location. If you are travelling by car parking may be a issue.

Pros: The view, the location and the decoration of the apartment. The host was amazing, very polite and very helpful. We will definitely come back to this place.

Cons: The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better. It is a pity for such a great place to lose points from the small details.

Great flat, very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Great flat, you can see somebody did make an effort when preparing flat for turists. Comfy, very clean, secure, with nicely defined areas and well equipt. Small decor details accros the flat remining you are in Greece. In good location close to everything including local fruit and vegetable markets. Excelent communication with staff, welcoming helpful and kind.

Cons: All was good. Just if i may suggest please consider adding microwave in the kitchen

Pros: Large apatment close to the see. Good restaurants in the area

Cons: Far from the public transpor but uber was cheap
