Kasaj Luxury Apartments

Very pleasant experience.

Pros: Lovely quiet area , beautiful sea view , and safe . It had everything required for the stay , and the owners were very helpful and responsive to our requests.

Cons: We stayed in the maisonette over 2 floors, and the stairs are too steep for older people or when having heavy luggage. The layout of the top floor was not very convenient as the bed is right at the top of the stairs, and the shower room is tucked between the wall and one side of the bed, so the person sleeping on the other side accesses it from the terrace. The WiFi connection was weak.

A split decision

Pros: Nice spacious apartment (1st Floor) 2nd floor not as nice as 1st floor. These are separate apartments but we had both I preferred 1st floor

Cons: 1st floor liked all, didn’t like 2nd bedroom on 2nd apartment cramped and dangerous to go to bathroom via balcony and only rope to stop you falling

A luxurious apartment to relax and sip cocktails on the balconies.

Pros: The whole apartment was fabulous. There was so much space. The kitchen was modern, sleek and quite user friendly, apart from the grill/oven. The mosquito mesh on the balcony doors were great. We could have fresh air circulating through the property. The washing machine was a surprise; would have brought less clothes & washing tabs. The view from the two main balconies down to the sea were great, especially under clear night skies and the full moon.

Cons: The lighting system was a little confusing. Too many light switches that weren't connected to any lights and couldn't find the switches for some of the external lights. No dimmer switches to tone down the brightness, especially as the apartment was mainly white in colour. The kitchen utensils were missing a can/tin opener and need to have silicon (or plastic) utensil so that the pans aren't scratched.

Nice view, top tier appartment

Pros: Perfect location, perfect appartments, all you need to live by the sea. We occupied two top stores, with the nice view over the city as shown on picture.

Cons: Nothing to worry about, all good.

Pros: Very nice, spacious, clean and modern property located in beautiful area of Porto Rafti. Really recommend if you want a peaceful and nice rest in mainland Greece.Very close to the local beach and other view spots. Panos is really great host.

Pros: Very clean, modern and spacious apartment. Everything is new, 2 big balconies with amazing views! Two bedrooms and and a bathroom with washing machine. About 15min walk to the beach. Very helpful host!

Pros: This is really luxury place.It is brand new and everything inside is top quality. Very comfortable bedrooms, huge livingroom, very big terraces and from every tarrace you have a great view to the sea.

Pros: Very clean and modern and a very beautiful view from 2 big balconies! Contact was also easy, very friendly and helpful. If we come to Porto Rafti again, then this would be my preferred place to stay! Thank you.

Cons: In the bedrooms small lamps for reading in bed are missing. This would also be cozy next to the couch in the living room. Also a bit of a problem was that there's no washing machine. Luckily we were able to wash 2 machines at our friend's house in Athens.

Lovely stay, perfect place for family

Pros: Apartment is placed in good distance from the beach. Lovely view from the balconies. We were really surprices that flat has 3 balconies. Quality of the apartment is very good, contact with the owner is very good.

Pros: Excellent location ,amazing views , very well equiped. În short great value for money .
