Lovely comfortable stay close to Athens airport

Pros: A good stay! this is the perfect spot to stay if you want to be close to the airport to fly out from. The owner Tanya and her son were incredibly warm and hospitable during our 1 night stay and even helped us order food delivery because the closest kiosk was closer when we walked there. The room was a self contained granny flat, open and airy, and was clean, had lovely fresh sheets on the bed and wifi. Tanya was kind enough to drop us to the airport for around the same cost as a taxi (€30) which was very kind and saved stress waiting.

Cons: Apart from being located close to the airport it’s quite out of the way - there are no shops, restaurants or things to do within walking distance - and would be best suited if you have your own car as the taxi in from Athens was €30 and then the cost of getting to the airport from casa Martina was another €30 so it stacks up quickly. Otherwise it was a really great spot!

Pros: Only a 1 night stay stay but welcomed on arrival by the host who also helped us by booking an early taxi the next morning. Room was comfortable & had everything we needed.

Pros: We entered the room at mıdnıght. Tanya was very welcoming and awaiting for us.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a quinticient neighborhood. Very spacious with classy interior styling. Tanya and Janus kept checking that we had everything we needed. Terrific hosts.

Last night before flying out of Athens

Pros: It is a lovely separate little house in the garden of the owners home. Nicely decorated, with homely touches. Private entrance through a side gate into the garden. We were able to cook our dinner in the apartment. The owners are lovely people, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Excellent value for money. Located in a semi-rural area on the edge of Athens, very close to the airport. Space to park car in front of the house.

Pros: Great stay for an early morning flight. The host is super friendly.

Cons: The house is in a pretty area but quite isolated. If you get there early afternoon, there's isn't much to do

Pros: We arrived late with delayed flight. Hosts were happy to meet us for key handover and were very kind.

Pros: The property was very clean and well decorated. It is in a calm neighbourhood without much noise. Very convenient if you have an early flight, I had to leave at 6am and it didn’t cause any issue. I also had a late check in (10pm) and same no issue.

Countryside in Athens

Pros: Pleasant rural area, with olive and lemon trees. Very peaceful. Comfortable room with good facilities. Easy access to Athens yet in the country side.

Cons: Bathroom a little small.
