Pros: The room matched the description and photos, and everything was easy and straightforward, from arrival to checkout, and the room itself was comfortable.

Cons: The perfume scent, while not unpleasant, was a bit artificial and strong.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή

Pros: Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο άνετο, ευρύχωρο, πολύ καθαρό και με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Έχει άνετη βεράντα που βλέπει τη θάλασσα η όποια είναι 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια και με ένα εστιατόριο, καφέ και μίνι μάρκετ ακριβώς δίπλα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης επίσης ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικοτατος! Σε ό.τι χρειάστηκαμε ήταν πάντα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει...

Η διαμονή μας στο New seafront studio ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο Γιάννης.

Pros: Τα studios είναι σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών από το κέντρο της Παλαιά Φώκαιας, με αυτοκίνητο, διαθέτουν μία μικρή αυλή όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις το πρωινό σου με θέα την θάλασσα. Εμάς μας εξυπηρέτησε ιδιαίτερα το bar-restaurant και mini market Me Gusta, το οποίο είναι ακριβώς δίπλα σε πολύ ωραίο περιβάλλον και εξυπηρετεί από το πρωί έως το βράδυ με πολύ καλής ποιότητας φαγητό και εξυπηρέτηση.

Cons: Καλό θα ήταν να καθαρίζονται οι είσοδοι των studios γιατί συνήθως έχει αέρα στην περιοχή και μαζεύονται φύλλα και σκουπίδια.

Prima verblijf voor 1 of 2 nachten.

Pros: De verhuurder was heel vriendelijk, maar ook wat gehaast. Nadat hij de kamer had laten zien zei hij gedag en verdween, haha. Fijne douche

Cons: het was niet direct heel duidelijk waar we moesten zijn. En de buitenkant zag er een beetje aftands uit. Binnen zag het er erg verzorgd uit, maar erg donker.
