Erato Hotel

Pros: Very clean hotel, beautiful position near market and reataurants and bus station, Kostas and Maria are very kind lovely and hardworking family, always helpful

Fantastic hotel

Pros: We booked this Hotel as we had stayed here 32 years ago, for our honeymoon. The hotel has been revamped about 4 years ago to an excellent standard. The hotel was clean, the staff were exceptional and were very helpful. The breakfast was yummy, would defo recommend a stay here

Very good!

Pros: It’s truly an amazing family hotel. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and more hospitable. The location is perfect, the hotel has a pool to enjoy. Rooms are always clean and nice to come back to.

Cons: The only downside was breakfast. The breakfast is served by ticking off the list of items at check in, you’d want to have, and then you get the exact same breakfast every morning. It might not be a problem if you stay a couple of days but it becomes a little monotonous if you stay nearly a week. You can order a slightly different egg dishes for an extra fee but it doesn’t change much. There’s a lack of fruit and vegetables. Frankly, if there was a way to turn their breakfast into a small buffet instead of serving individual portions that would add a lot of value. :)

Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location. 1 minute walk from shops and many restaurants. 5 minutes walk from amazing beach. But above all it was the staff that made this weekend wonderful. Everyone were so kind, helping and welcoming. Thank you!

Cons: Only the beds were not that comfortable.

Pros: Thank you Kostas and Maria, you have created a wonderful atmosphere. Room was nice and contemporary, probably renovated lately. Good quality renovation. AC, comfortable bed, minifridge, TV, hairdryer, iron, safe. Clean. Bed linen and towels were clean/spotless and had a fresh scent. Replaced every morning. General cleaning and trash bin was emptied every morning. Location is good, relatively quiet. Beach, shops, restaurants, port nearby. Free hotel parking lot beside the hotel, handy when exploring the island by car. Pool was nice, though not so big. Breakfast was good but somewhat optimised, no buffet but served on tray. Coffee and juice were buffet style.

Cons: Maybe one thing to improve is breakfast. Another chair in the room could help to place clothes. Overall, small things, in general, very good experience.

An absolute gem of a hotel

Pros: The owners were so welcoming, the hotel was spotless and freshly decorated, the pool was great and the location was peaceful. It was also extremely good value. We loved it!

Pros: Highly recommend this hotel! The location is excellent- it is close to many shops and restaurants and within a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Maria and Costas went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. They were so warm and welcoming and really made the holiday comfortable and lovely! My husband is a wheelchair user and we had booked a room with a balcony which he could not get on with his wheelchair. Within an hour of finding this out, Maria and Costas had called a carpenter and had a ramp installed so that we could get full use of the balcony. What great customer service! We cannot say enough good about this hotel and the owners!
