Excellent Service

Pros: Really great staff! We arrived earlier than expected and were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to wait for check-in hours - we were able to enter our room right away. Every day, we were asked if we needed our room to be cleaned, which we really appreciated. The breakfast could perhaps be a bit more diverse, but that’s just a personal opinion.

Nice place to stay at a top locaion

Pros: The location of the property is top-notch, it is literally in the center at a walking distance of all the tourist attractions (we did not use public transport at all). There are all kind of nice restaurants and cafes nearby and the neighbourhood is really nice! The room was very clean and we were grateful we could leave our luggage in the storage after we checked out as our flight was in the evening.

Cons: The room was quite small - just to bear in mind if you have large suitecase(s). Some small things that could be improved - there is no trash can in the room, only one very small in the bathroom which is not enough. The toilet seat back was constantly closing on its own which was a bit annoying and I think it should be changed.

Pros: The breakfast was good. Had all the basic .Mihaela who was responsible for the breakfast very polite and serviseble.

Cons: The pillows weren't good

Pros: The staff was very helpful and always smiling. The room was clean( except the cupboard in the top was full of dust . I put my bag and then while im removing it the dust fall down). The best thing is the location .

A decent stay in a comfy hotel in the heart of Athens

Pros: Stylish and comfortable room. A well proportioned bathroom. Overall quite clean. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast. Decent location in the heart of Athens old town close to bars, cafes and restaurants and decently close to the main attractions. No noise in the room which I loved especially as many hotels seem to have this issue.

Cons: The room was little small so it was hard to access my large suitcase but I made do. The hotel doesn't really have a lobby which, if like me, you arrive early and the hotel can't check you in early... is less than ideal.

Excellent smal hotel.

Pros: This property was close to the centre shops and restaurants. Quite beautiful lane way with a beautiful restaurant across the road. Clean , great breakfast with 24/7 desk.

Cons: Price was a bit high.
