Pros: The location and the friendly staff. It was good and clean

Cons: Sometimes we couldn't get hot water.

Pros: No insects or bed bugs. You can tell that you do not need claning If you do not want to be disturbed: you make the cleaning lady very happy!

Cons: The phone can be connected only to the reception. of the hotel.

Excellent budget hotel central to Athens

Pros: For the price you pay the hotel was amazing! Super central location right on the metro. Really friendly staff, we were able to store our bags all day! If you’re a budget traveller used to budget hotels it’s literally perfect.

Cons: Could be cleaner (get what you pay for) but all the bedding and linen was very clean and fresh.

Pros: With the accomodation you get what you've paid for. The location is really good, for example 30 mins from Acropolis a supermarket on the side, a metro station just some meters away, several restaurant options including fresh juices and great falafel just across the street.

Pros: I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and clearly focused on making guests feel welcome—they even allowed me to drop off my belongings before check-in, which was very helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely view. The location is another highlight—very central and convenient for exploring the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I really appreciated the thoughtful, client-oriented service.

Cons: One small improvement would be to add handles or hooks for hanging clothes, as there weren’t many options for that in the room.

Pros: The accommodation absolutely matches the price. I don't understand why some people are complaining here when they’re not even willing to pay for something more expensive.

Hemingway experience. Bygone days. Very nice

Pros: It’s an Hemingway-esque hotel, very good location 2 min walk from metro. 7th floor with big balcony overlooking a grand square. Very friendly manager who brought me a kettle upon request

Great budget hotel in central Athens

Pros: I simply don't understand all the bad reviews for Claridge! In my opinion it's definitely one of the best budget hotels you will find in Athens. Clean, good comfort and excellent staff at the reception desk. Extra plus for Alex:-). He's a role model for helpful service minded people in the business. I certainly will come back to this place.
