It was a great experience and the property response was prompt and regular. The bed was comfortable.
Pros: Location. Everything is walking distance and train station is close by and plenty of restaurants to choose from and the view was amazing. It’s was also safe for solo female travellers.
Cons: There is a train that runs by the property and the windows don’t have soundproofing. I had my AirPods at least to block out some of the sound. I also was a bit surprised that there wasn’t a kettle or coffee making facilities as most properties do

The host was responsive, friendly, and provided clear check-in instructions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Excellent place to stay in Athens
Pros: The greatest localization to walk around the city. Absolutely lovely staff, clean room, great hairdryer. The noise wasn’t a problem for us, you can barely hear the subway.

Overall, it’s a great option for visitors who value comfort and location, but light sleepers might w
Pros: I had a pleasant stay at the Ancient Agora Plaka Hotel. The room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the view from the window was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is also perfectly located in the centre of Athens, just a short walk from many major historical sites, restaurants and shops.
Cons: However, It gets quite noisy at night, as there are several restaurants and bars right downstairs. Also, breakfast is not included in the price and is quite expensive if you choose to have it at the hotel.

The best place to stay to enjoy Athens
Pros: The location was exceptionally good. Right in the heart of the city and the restaurants overlooking the tourist view points. Really responsive hosts and the staff downstairs at the excellent bistro where really kind and helpful.
Cons: Nothing to dislike. Yes, there is some noise of the city until around 11pm but that’s because you are right in the centre of the night life. If you travel to experience life then it shouldn’t bother you. I think it was a plus.

Aliki was incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything, and the cleaner was lovely too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay —
Pros: Location, location, location! Right in the heart of Plaka, close to all the main tourist spots like the Acropolis, Monastiraki, and all the little shops and cafes. You can even see the Acropolis from the window! The only downside is it can get a bit noisy since it’s on a busy walkway, and there are quite a few stairs (no elevator), so travel light or ask for help with luggage. Otherwise, the stay was great the coffee downstairs is amazing, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Great coffee around the corner caller ELLYZ. Close to the train station, take a train to the airport is handy too 2 train stations close by. I would suggest it would have been great to have a little more information in the room maybe a local map or some tourist tips about the area. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!
Cons: The only small downside was that the space felt a little closed in, and I couldn’t open the window, which made it feel a bit stuffy at times. I was also hoping for a balcony, but there wasn’t one. It can get a little noisy since it’s on a main walkway though that’s part of the charm of being right in the heart of Plaka!
