Excellent

Pros: I loved the fact that the room was cleaned 3 to 4 times per day and infact, anytime i wanted it cleaned.

Cons: Sadly, the Air-conditioning was centrally controlled. I wanted it colder but other guests wanted it warmer, so I didn't like that i could not control the Air-conditioning in my room.

Pros: Our stay at Roc Club, A Grecotel Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived we felt incredibly welcomed and taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Everything was perfect and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. * Special thanks to Dimitra at the reception, who was extremely kind, professional and helpful. She made our stay even more pleasant with her warm attitude and wonderful hospitality. * We would also like to thank the gentleman at the pool, who was always friendly, attentive and made sure that guests felt comfortable and relaxed. His kindness and positive energy made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. This hotel truly shows the meaning of famous Greek hospitality.

A quiet boutique hotel with caring senior management, stylish interior, high quality finishes

Pros: Incredible artwork in the lobby, stylish rooms with high quality finishes, state of the art AC system, room extremely quiet, senior management deeply care - will go above and beyond (e.g. Spiros the restaurant manager)

Cons: No pillow selection, poor breakfast quality (in-room ordering), no room service available after 23:00, rooftop terrace only available after 7pm (even for drinks), rooms are small, hotel uses poor quality 3rd party overpriced transfer service from the airport
