The traditional, family run Hotel Vagia is built in Aeginian Architecture with respect to the surrounding environment, just 150 metres from the beach of Vagia. All rooms are fitted with stone-paved floors and built-in beds. They open to private balconies overlooking the Saronic Gulf, pine forests and the Ancient Temple of Aphaia which is a 30 minute hike away. Great cute experience

Pros: The hotel and the hotel owner have been amazing. I loved the place. Really cute hotel with sea view and a chill vibe. The only thing that was annoying is that there was a lot of noise from the neighbour because of some machines. That ruined the cill vibe. But the rest was really great :)

Pros: We had seaview room with a big balcony. I could have sit there all day watching the ocean. Very friendly owners , beautiful traditional place. Short walking distance to the beach.

Cons: In a space beside the hotel a company parks their construction machines are night. In the morning when they leave it’s noisy. It’s a little disappointing that this is allowed

A rare find in a world filled with bland and shiny hotels.

Pros: It was homely with a very personal touch. Every aspect, from the gardens to the choice of linen and crockery is considered and well maintained. The restaurant food reflects the overall homely feel of the hotel. This is not your usual hotel.

Cons: We really couldn’t find fault.

Pros: Great position for Vagia Beach. Good clean room. Quiet.

Cons: Make sure you book taxi at least 45 mins before any ferry bookings. Drinks very expensive in hotel

Great location & friendly staff

Pros: Stunning hotel, really friendly staff, very clean and the perfect escape! Good wifi and great breakfast. The beach nearby is lovely although quite small, it’s in a very good location quiet and secluded - with main towns and bigger beaches only about 20-30 minutes away by car.

Incredible experience of traditional rooms, tasty food and cocktails for perfect vacation

Pros: Perfect location, tasty food and drinks, super friendly stuff, I felt like at home. 5 minutes walking to the beach and 20 minutes walking to the temple. Room was with beautiful views and exceptional interior. Besides beauty all was super comfortable in use. I’m very thankful for the stuff as they showed me 100% Greek hospitality. Even though there wasn’t electricity when I arrive we managed to solve the question and waited till electricity came back . Home maid lemonade definitely worth a try.
