Magnificent

We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Great house! Plenty of space indoors and outdoors with a lovely seaview. Walking distance to a few restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the beach. Well equiped kitchen great for cooking. Clean house and very nice and helpful hosts.

Cons: The village where the house is located is not the prettiest and not so many restaurants and shops. The pool was a bit chilly in late october, but OK.

Pros: Hosts were very welcoming, easy to communicate with and supportive in various questions we had about the property itself & its surroundings. Highly recommended. Rooms were all clean, comfortable and airconditioned. Kitchen has large variety of facilities and kitchenware.

Fantastic villa and owners/hosts

Pros: The property is even better than the pictures and the owners are fantastic, super helpful and responsive.

Cons: The property met or exceeded all expectations Occasionally need to wait for a taxi (as a little out of range of the center of Athens, but that also makes it peaceful and a great relaxing holiday destination)

Pros: It is a stunning property with plenty of room for a large group. Lovely swimming pool and outdoor space with plenty of seating. Two large living areas with loads of light and fantastic views.

Cons: There is nothing not to like with this property. Only negative, if you can call it that is it is advertised as having five bedrooms but only has four. There is no single bedroom although there is a very comfortable, large sofa to sleep on. It also lists a hot tub which it doesn’t have - not that you would need it.

Pros: Wonderful and accommodating hosts! Beautiful villa.

Pros: If you go there, aim to stay there almost inclusively. Fully relax and enjoy the great view either from the pool or from the balcony. The kitchen has everything for cooking, fully equipped and the BBQ is a plus.

Cons: If I can find one thing that was not great was that in the morning (after 9AM) hot water was not always available (house has solar water heater), even if with very shinny weather. One should open the electric water heater and wait for 30 mins. IT may problematic especially for a lot of guests

Gem of a villa with a breathtaking view.

Pros: This is a gem of a villa with a breathtaking view. It's built on a hill overlooking a small cove of the Saronic gulf. # of the bedrooms and the pool have a direct view of the sea and there's a big terrace around the pool and 2 big balconies that we used to enjoy the view while having lunch, dinner and drinks. It's an excellent place to entertain guests. The bedrooms of the villa are quite big with comfortable beds and the master bedroom has a big walk in closet type room and a big bathroom. On top of that, the villa has 2 big fully furnished living rooms with high quality furniture and a big dining room. Last but not least, Dimos, is an exceptional host and he provided us a lot of information about the villa itself, the dining option around it and a fruit basket with very tasty seasonal fruit!
