We would definitely return

Pros: We had a great time, the property is just perfect. Especially the location, the view, the pool and outside area, where we spent lots of time.

Perfect Getaway With Friends

Pros: The location was perfect with the view of the sea, and out of the way of main Athens city. The Villa was a lovely size, beautiful garden and pool and everyone had a nice time.

Cons: Only slight issues is the cars driving by during the night when trying to sleep as some people like to speed past with loud engines.

Incredible!

Pros: This villa- wow!! What an incredible place to stay. It’s beautiful, extremely spacious (we were a group of 9 friends staying here and had plenty of space), very well equipped, lovely and clean, and the pool is just incredible! A brilliant sized pool. We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling in a big group. The host Alexandra was beyond fantastic! Incredibly friendly and helpful host. And very quick to respond to any queries. All around, absolutely amazing place to stay and highly recommended!

Cons: Nothing! All was amazing!

Pros: The house was particularly nice and very spacious. Great for a family Loved the three floors, cinema and gym. Furniture was authentic and relaxing and loved the privacy,. security and location on the Athens Riviera

Cons: Some electrical sockets didn't work. Shower. very hard to regulate to required temperature.

Pros: Villa Terra Mare is a great space for a large group to enjoy a stay close to Athens. The property has lots of high-standard facilities and the managing agent was very responsive to any questions or issues that we had. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed to be able to feed a large group.

Cons: The location is very close to the main road which leads to noise throughouht the day and night. Fortunately the windows shut most of this out at night. The smell of the oil-burning heating system and weak gas supply to the stove were a concern though the agent tried to resolve these for us as best they could.

Pros: וילה מהממת יפה גדולה ומרווחת יש בה הכל המיטות נוחות מאוד החדרים גדולים נקי וקטרינה הייתה מאוד נחמדה וענתה לכל שאלה ובקשה ממליצה מאוד ואם אחזור לאתונה אני אחזור שוב לאותה וילה אמליץ לכל החברים והמקורבים שלי עליה 🥰וגם מתאימה לנכים ומבוגרים כי יש מעלית בתוך הבית ויש כניסה צדדית נוחה

Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location — I would happily book again.

Pros: •\tThe location was excellent—close to the beach, supermarket, and pharmacy, yet pleasantly secluded. •\tThe availability of a lift was a valuable convenience, particularly for transporting luggage. •\tHaving televisions in all bedrooms was an added bonus. •\tThe host was excellent—responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. •\tThe villa was beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds.

Cons: •\tA mid-week cleaning service would have enhanced the stay. •\tThe water pressure in the shower, while adequate, could be improved. •\tThe hot water did not reach the desired temperature. (personal preference) •\tProviding more than one set of towels per guest would have been appreciated. •\tA parasol by the pool would have been a great addition for shade.

Pros: Für unsere Familie der perfekte Ort, sehr schön gelegen, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, gute Ausstattung, sehr gut Schall isolierte Fenster

Cons: Im Garten ist leider der Berufsverkehr sehr deutlich zu hören. Die Räume waren sehr sauber, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine leider seit langem nicht gereinigt, also erst nach Eigeninitiative zu benutzen.
