Pros: Room was very clean, large and quiet. Also had blackout curtains (which is very important if you want to sleep until late hours). Great location, walking distance to fancy restaurants and coffee shops. Staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely would like to stay here again.

Great apartment - zero environmental sustainability

Pros: The accommodation was very easy to reach by subway from the airport. We had the apartment on the top floor, and the view was truly fantastic. The team was always available by email. We particularly liked the vending machine with snacks and drinks on the ground floor. There is also the option to wash and dry laundry free of charge; the appliances are well maintained and clean. There are complimentary Nespresso coffee capsules, a complimentary bottle of wine, and complimentary sweets.

Cons: The air conditioning for the entire building seems to be located on the top floor. This means that even with the door closed, the noise could be heard everywhere. We were able to sit on the roof terrace, but the noise was a little distracting. Outdoor lighting is on continuously at night. So you had to choose between fresh air or closed curtains. But it was okay with earplugs/ANC headphones. Breakfast was delivered by Uber. We didn't always get what we ordered. The delivery generated an enormous amount of packaging waste. Maybe there is no climate crisis in Greece, or maybe people just don't care about their future.

Modern and clean property in an excellent location

Pros: It is very clean and modern, the room size was quite large. The breakfast was varied and very consistent although we would have like smaller portions. The location is excellent with many good restaurants nearby and it is easy to get to all touristic attractions within walking distance. There was coffee and water in the room. The guest also waited for us with a bottle of local wine which we highly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Underground to the airport is very close, at 150-200 metres from the property.

Cons: We did not travel by car, but if you do, please note there is no parking space at the property. But this is clearly stated by the property. There are private parkings nearby but quite expensive. Some days the breakfast was a bit cold as it is brought through delivery services, but the provider asked for feedback and tried to find solutions to keep it warm.

Wonderful room with good sized balcony, clean and comfortable, located in a quiet yet central area

Pros: Clean and comfortable room with generous balcony. Plenty of facilities in the room, as well as laundry facilities in the building. Host and staff all very friendly and accommodating. Located in a very nice part of Athens, short stroll to shops and restaurants located nearby, with the center of the city within a short walk.

Feels like home, luxury experience in Athens

Pros: Luxury experience in Athens! Keyless movement in the Hotel. Amazing and great experience. Great coffees and restaurants at the doorstep... :)

Modern and comfortable stay in central Athens

Pros: Modern, comfortable apartment in a good area of Athens; very quiet, high quality furnishings, very well serviced. Would gladly return.

Pros: Everything. We thought we were booking a house but it was just like a hotel. Excellent location, large room, friendly staff, great quality of service and different breakfast options. If I visit Athens again, this will be my favorite spot.

One of the best Hotels I've every been recently

Pros: Amazing location, right in the center of Athens. The Hotel is super cool, no staff on sight, but if you have any issue or question you can reach out anytime.. Easy access with passcode to the building and to the room as well.. no hastle with the key anymore. Amazing experience.

Cons: There is nothing I didn't like about the property.... :)

Ideal location in Kolonaki and we would book again for another trip to Athens.

Pros: Fantastic location for exploring Athens. Brand new property with a nice design and a great terrace. No hotel reception, but staff easy to reach by phone or message, with very quick response.

Cons: The safe box is quite small. Ok for keys, cards and jewellery but too small for a tablet or laptop. Breakfast and coffee can be ordered online and was of very good quality, but is brought by a delivery service and was cold upon arrival.
