Nice small apartment located in quiet area with a large private terrace, and perfect view of Athens

Pros: New, modern and fully equipped small apartment with a large private terrace and access to a shared roof terrace with a perfect view of Athens. It is located in a very safe and quiet area with walking distance to the city's historical sites. It was exactly what we expected. The staff was very friendly and we really appreciated that our room was ready before the normal check-in time.

Cons: We liked everything. We would have liked more towel hooks in the bathroom, but we used the standing hanger in the room :-)

Superb location, generous and friendly hosts and a balcony with a view.

Pros: The location is excellent. We could see the Acropolis from the balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the sights, restaurants, bars, shops and the public transport are all in walking distance. The apartment is small but well equiped, comfortable and clean. It's lovely to sit on the balcony and have breakfast. Our room was on the 4th floor, so we had a great view. The hosts were extremely generous leaving fresh fruit, wine, cookies, tea and coffee in the kitchenette and even provided a complimentary breakfast one morning.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like - it was great!

Pros: Excellent apartment in Athens! The location is truly perfect – you can easily explore all the main attractions on foot, which is a huge advantage. We were also able to park our car on the street nearby without any problems. The apartment is spacious, beautifully renovated, and ideal for a family. It’s comfortable, clean, and we immediately felt at home. The host is extremely kind and welcoming – she even arranged a complimentary breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful and lovely surprise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location in Athens! 🌟

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Great central location just a short pleasant walk to Akropolis and Plaka, in a safe neigbourhood close to a metro station, cafes and restaurants. Very comfortable and exceedingly clean apartment. Super friendly, welcoming and helpful host - thank you so much for your hospitality Aristea, we'll certainly stay with you when back in Athens!

Pros: Excellent location, staff very helpful and nice, everything new and very clean. Coffee, tea, fruit, water and one morning we have a surprise from the staff, \

Pros: The location was perfect and the staff really looked after us.

Cons: It might take you a moment to figure out the shower pressure to heat ratio, shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Pros: Very nice welcome, with bottle of wine - and most importantly bottles of cold water waiting for us. Delicious breakfast as a gift one day was also much appreciated. Surpassingly quiet at night and walking distance to acropolis, hill of nymphs.

Cons: Balcony wasn’t really a balcony but could be accessed from hallway. Accessing bathroom could be difficult for someone with limited mobility (narrow passage next to bed + a step)

Pros: The place is very beautiful and we enjoyed our time in Absolute Athens. The room was super clean and comfortable and the terrace especially is stunning, very big and cool views over the roofs of the area. The location is excellent! Quiet area and still walking distance from Plaka. The kitchen overall was a positive surprise, It was very well equipped. And it was so nice that coffee was provided. :) The staff was friendly and they always replied very fast when we had some questions. Thank you very much!

Cons: The only thing is that the bathroom is very cold, maybe because there is only slim walls. So in the cold winter months it might be nice to have a warm bathrobe to be comfortable to go to the toilet. But the room itself is warm thanks to a modern air heat pump.

Pros: Very very good apartment. Nicely decorated, clean, smells good, sufficient storage space. 100 percent recommended.
