Triple A - Prime Location - Between Monastiraki & Syntagma Square-FREE Parking!

Pros: Good communication, helpful staff, good location - walking distance to all sighsteeing as well as to bus stop to the airport.

It is one of the best places I have ever stayed

Pros: The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, everything worked well and, above all, it was spotlessly clean. There was also a lovely welcome package with local treats, which was a really nice touch. It is easy to find, with countless places to eat and drink nearby, and the metro station is just a short walk away.

Cons: There was some noise from the other rooms and bells ringing from the church (very early in the Sunday morning), but since I sleep with earplugs I did not hear them. The room also provided earplugs for guests to use, which I really liked.

Pros: What I liked most about the property was how clean and comfortable it was. The value for money was excellent. It was also very quiet, which made the stay really relaxing. Overall, everything felt very comfortable and well organized.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything met my expectations and the stay was very pleasant. I wouldn’t want to complain about anything just for the sake of it.

Really great place to stay for few days in central Athens.

Pros: Amazing location especially with free parking. Staff quick to respond and very helpful. Clean lovely room. Nice touches with tea, coffee, toiletries.

Cons: Main door to room was not soundproof so could hear everything going on especially bad when woken at midnight by people (seemed like staff going into laundry room) talking at full volume with no regard for people sleeping. It’s a shame as everything else SO amazing.

Pros: Thanks to its excellent location, I was able to get around the city with great ease. My room was very comfortable, and I experienced no issues whatsoever with cleanliness. I would especially like to extend my sincere thanks to the housekeeping staff member. The property manager was always responsive and accommodating to my requests. Additionally, thank you very much for the coffee and the complimentary snacks. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Athens.

Serviced apartments in very good location

Pros: Perfect location in the heart of Athens; minutes (sometimes seconds) away from Plaka, Psyrri, Monastiraki, Syntagma and Ermou. Comfortable apartment with enough pillows, comfy bed, good sound-proofing from outside, good hot water and a moderately fitted kitchenette. Breakfast was *not* served at our accommodation, but comes in the form of meal vouchers from local cafes.

Cons: Before booking, travellers should be made aware that this is a collection of serviced apartments and not a single hotel. There is no human reception; you receive check-in instructions by Booking.com message and are then encouraged to interact with a 'virtual reception' in a whatsapp group. This might be ok for other travellers, but neither my partner nor I felt comfortable with having our personal telephone numbers shared with every person who had access to the whatsapp QR code. Susan from Dubai joined the group and invited us all to join her investment opportunity. Despite passing through and cleaning the room every day, staff never washed or refreshed our coffee cups or supplies during our stay. We ended up buying coffee pods on the second day, for a machine we used twice. The breakfasts were yummy from every venue chosen by management but the booking process was tedious and we often had to confirm several times and on the spot because the interface had not worked. There was little-to-no insulation in our hallway (Kolokotroni 3 accommodation), meaning we could hear every guest on our floor coming, loudly entering their door's pin code (struggling with it because it's tricky), and entering their room. There were about 15 rooms on our floor. A nice hall runner would instantly remove 50% of this noise pollution.

Spacious, beautiful and clean apartment but noisy:(

Pros: Can’t describe how clean is the apartments, beautiful, the staff is very friendly and professional and also the cleaner teams. the location is inside Athens perfect location!! Dimitra was helping us with everything we wanted and she is amazing and we thank her so much!!

Cons: Unfortunately if ill go athens again i wont be booked the apartments its big thing hearing everything from the bars, the cars the street they need to do something we couldn’t sleep at all at night unfortunately its very noisy and I understand that is in a main road but you can’t rest. If they do something with the noise with their windows it could be better than 5 star hotels

Pros: Prime location. Clean and had everything you need. Very nice.

Cons: The entrance to the elevator was too small. We had a buggy so it was a struggle every day to get in and out of the elevator.

Good stay,but no hot water

Pros: The location is quite central of Athens within a short walk of the main areas of Athens. Very comfortable room, modern, clean and genarally very welcome. We tried the breakfast with each of the reccomended cafes, all near by, short walking distance. Any difficulties we found an excellent assistance via Whats Up and SMS to support us within minutes.

Cons: Basically i do not feel that it was anything i did not like, had a small issue and it was dealed immediately.
