Overall, the room was great value for money, well situated and I was well cared for.

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location for transport and for some of the main sights in Athens. Despite being central, the rooftop room was incredibly well insulated/noise-proofed, I slept with no disturbance. Being able to go out of my room directly to the rooftop area was wonderful. The room itself was quite spacious and very comfortable. The room has a host of amenities which showed the care for guests. The staff were exceptional. I felt extra safe knowing that the Taverna staff were around kept an eye on the main door which was locked and accessed with a key pad. The staff were all extremely welcoming, happy to chat, offered help if there was need of taxi or advice. I was travelling alone abroad for the first time in years so this was all very much appreciated and helped me to relax. They were also kind in their offerings for return trips. Overall, the room was great value for money, well situated and I was well cared for.

Cons: Though it didn't affect me personally, I was surprised to find that the entrance to the hotel required me to climb the stairs. It may not be best suited for those with children in pushchairs or wheelchair users. The face cloths and shower mats were very worn and had very frayed/non existent edges. I didn't realise that breakfast would be to order in the Taverna below. They had a good selection presenting fair value but if you prefer a buffet then this might not be the best option for you. If you wanted to be picky then some of the finishings weren't top standard (where hooks had been in walls was filled but not repainted).

Pros: For me it was 5 stars hotel with 6 stars personel!!!

Cons: 0-1 floor there is only stairs but no elevator. It’s a bit challenging for me to take my luggages but the staffs are really helpful! Thank you!

Really nice acommodation in the center

Pros: The location is in the city center and there are a lot of bars and restaurants just outside of the hotel. The breakfast is really nice. Also, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. Also, they give a free drink as well as some goodbye attentions which were a really nice touch to the whole experience.

Cons: We liked everything, the only remark is that indeed the water in the toilet overflows every time you flush. It would be nicer if this didn’t happen but for was it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Pros: A great experience! From the time we checked in to the time we had to leave the service was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located in a vibrant and safe neighborhood. Many eating options right outside the door including the adjoining restaurant. This adjoining restaurant doubles as the breakfast space. The full breakfast menu is available to guests of the hotel. Quite unique and handy. The staff at the hotel and restaurant made the stay memorable. Very friendly, took time to answer questions or make suggestions. The hotel also has an outdoor patio on the top floor. Nice place to relax after a busy day seeing the sights. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent place to stay in the centre of Athens

Pros: Great location, easy access, very friendly staff, very clean room and communal areas, great breakfast, comfortable bed, great shower and even though it is in the centre it was fairly quiet. plus of course the view from the room

Pros: The reception staff were excellent - available, courteous, and helpful with every request, showing genuine service, patience, and a sincere willingness to assist quickly and with a smile. We were allowed access to the rooftop and were even treated to a complimentary drink -a very pleasant gesture. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient.

Cons: The level of cleanliness in the room could be improved -when walking barefoot, the floor did not feel clean enough. In addition, when flushing the toilet, a small amount of water leaks out and slightly wets the floor.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent location near Monastiraki Square, with the Acropolis just a 20-minute walk away. It is also very convenient for accessing a wide range of shops and attractions. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms are renovated, comfortable, and cleaned daily. Breakfast is served in the first-floor restaurant, where guests can choose items from the menu.

Pros: Everything was great. I couldn't ask for a more convenient location. The hotel's location is perfect!!! Everything is close by. The staff is polite. The breakfasts were delicious. We got a discount at the tavern where we could have a delicious dinner. Free drinks were an unexpected gift. And we were given gifts upon check-out. That was very nice! Thank you very much.
