Pros: Came from UK,Very nice and comfortable 7 nights stay as family with wife and 2 children The staff all were polite and helpful always trying to help when we need them very professional and kind manners Cannot forget the front desk Mr.petros Miss Kustantina Mr. George All very helpful and nice to be with them and the hotel again Good luck for you all

Will definetly return with hopes for improvement

Pros: It is my 2nd time staying there. I really like the bed it is so comfortable for me. Kitchen is well equipped and the water pressure at the shower is awesome.

Cons: At the shower area the water goes out making all the floor in front of the sink really wet and so I could not place the shower mat nearby or else it will get soak. And also because of that the bathroom door starts to get bloated. I really suggest that they will put a glass sliding door, not just the glass partition. Also because the water pressure is so strong it seems the floor drain can't keep up, it doesn't drain well.

Nice place for a short visit and close to the city centre.

Pros: Lovely arranged small studios with everything that you could need.

Cons: Not about the property but the area that it’s located is quite challenging in the night.

Pros: The property was clean and had everything that we needed. It situated close to shops, restaurants and cafe and walking distance to most places

Good value for a quick stay in Athens.

Pros: Nice clean apartment well placed close to Omonia Square for access to metro, the city markets and Monastariki Square. Staff were helpful with organising an early morning taxi to the airport.

Cons: The area around the back of Onomia Square is not the prettiest part of Athens covered in graffiti and best avoided at night with a lot of beggars and homeless people around. But that is not the fault of the apartment owners and they do their best to make you feel welcome.

Pros: Overall, our stay at Ermass Modern Living Apartments was great. The rooms were clean, modern and well-equipped with kitchenettes, offering a comfortable base for exploring Athens. The rooftop area provided a pleasant spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location was convenient, with Omonia Square and the National Archaeological Museum nearby, making it easy to access public transportation. While the surrounding area had some challenges, the apartment itself offered a peaceful retreat.

Cons: The surroundings of Ermass Modern Living Apartments are quite central and convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many shops and restaurants nearby. However, the area isn’t always 100% safe, especially at night, so it’s good to stay cautious and aware of your surroundings. Despite that, we find the location practical for exploring Athens’ main attractions. Overall, it’s a lively neighborhood with its ups and downs, but the apartment itself offers a comfortable retreat.
