Pros: The staff were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. Disappointed that I had to go home! Also the coffee shop across the road was excellent.

Cons: There's not much you could do about it but the location wasn't the best. Close to shops and monuments, but not in a very nice neighbourhood.
