convenient appartment close to public transport

Pros: It was really close to the metro and there were some nice cafés nearby. Airconditioning works very well. I wasn't in the appartment a lot so those things were the most important for me.

Value for money. Very polite host.

Pros: Excellent location! 5 min walk from Katechaki Metro station. Quite neighborhood. Mini market within walking distance. Nikos is a caring host and a very polite person. We only talk on the phone but he had already taken care for everything prior to our arrival.

Cons: There was some humidity at the bottom of the walls in the bedroom and since I have respiratory allergies that made my sleep a little bit uncomfortable. Apart from that everything was as I expected.

Pros: Πολύ καλές παροχές και για διαμονή μεγάλης διάρκειας δεν θα σου λείψει κάτι. Σε πολύ καλή περιοχή με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Πολύ καλή συννενόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη.

Pros: Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο και σε καλή τοποθεσία. Κοντά σε μετρό . Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενεστατος και με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει. Σίγουρα αν το ξαναπετυχω διαθέσιμο θα το κλείσω!

Pros: Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που πηγαίνω στο ίδιο κατάλυμα. Όλα τέλεια, ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος, το κατάλυμα είναι 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το μετρό Κατεχάκη και 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια για τη λεωφόρο Κηφισίας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Pros: Die Metro ist 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar, rundherum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, das Appartment ist im top Zustand, kein Schimmel im Bad, sehr sauber, Küche mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet, sehr ruhig zum schlafen, einfach PERFEKT!
