Pros: The location and the flat itself both are perfect! The apartment is located 100-200 m between metro and bus station X95 on direct routes coming from airport heading to city center with 5 stops to Syntegma square. The street is just opposite of BP. The apartment and neighbourhood is quite convenient for a single woman traveller even in late hours. There are plenty number of coffee shops, even 24 h open market, bakeries and hospitals around. I am a picky person of noise, light while sleeping and also kind of freak of cleanness and tideness..But the apartment is pretty much quite, clean - not 100%, but fine!! new and modern, even at better condition than it looks in the photos. All instructions are written and got ready for visitors. The bed is comfortable and bed setting was quite new and clean. The host is very rapidly responding. I really enjoyed the decoration and feasibility of the apartment. Thank you so much komşu 🫠🫶
Cons: Just dissapointed of the Coffee machine and TV are not working :) for to use toast machine you need adaptor plug. All the other plugs are normal.

We recommend this property. It’s a good place to stay.
Pros: We liked the location of the apartment. It was closed to the metro station. There are a lot of coffee shops and cafes. And there is a supermarket 5 minutes from the apartment. Big, comfortable bed. At the kitchen all necessities were provided ( only toaster wasn’t working). There were plenty of towels.
Cons: We didn't really like the bathroom doors. There was a bit of a lack of privacy as we were staying as a family.

Really happy with my stay!
Pros: The location was convenient and quiet. The kitchen was also well equip and there was a good sized balcony.
Cons: I wouldn't recommend the sofa bed as you could feel the springs!

A small flat, near the metro very clean with all necessary facilities ideal for a couple
Pros: The flat is conveniently located near the metro, has all the facilities needed. It is ideal for a couple who wish to visit the main sites of Athens. The host had left coffee which was appreciated and the flat was very clean. I would definitely book again.
Cons: The only problem of the place is parking but the host said that there was no parking.

Pros: Az apartman nagyon jó helyen van. A reptérről busszal és metróval is könnyen megközelíthető. Én az utóbbit javaslom (3 napos turista jeggyel). A főúttól pár háztömbnyire van, így csendes. A házban lift működik, ami nagyon apró, szűkös. Az apartmant mérete miatt inkább csak rövid tartózkodásra ajánlom, mivel az előtér - nappali és a konyha is nagyon szűkös. A szoba megfelelően tágas és világos ,ahol hatalmas szekrény áll rendelkezésre a csomagoknak, ruháknak. Élelmiszer boltok minden irányban kb 10 perc sétatávolságra. A tisztaság megfelelő volt. Az intetnet sebessége is. A tulajtól részletes infókat kaptunk a tömegközlekedéssel történő megközelízésre.
Cons: Az előtér - nappali , konyha és a fürdő is nagyon szűkös. Utobbinál a belmagasság is kicsi. Légkondi csak az előtérben, a szobában nincs. Tv az előtérben ,ami még régi és nem okos tv. A bútorzat nagyon öreg, elhasznált. A konyhába egy mikrohullámú sütő még jó lett volna.

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ιδανικό σημείο γιατί είναι πολύ κοντά στο μετρό Κατεχάκη αλλά και για μετακίνηση με αμάξι βολεύει παρα πολύ γιατί ειναι σε κεντρικους δρόμους(Μεσογείων και Κατεχάκη) για μετακίνηση εκτός κέντρου της Αθήνας και το πάρκινγκ δεν ειναι τόσο δύσκολο οσο σε άλλες κεντρικές περιοχές.Κοντα υπάρχουν πολλά μαγαζιά για φαγητό, καφέ και σούπερ μάρκετ

Οικονομική επιλογή με ελάχιστα αρνητικά στοιχεία.
Pros: Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία άμεση σύνδεση με Μέσα Μαζικής Μεταφοράς και ικανοποιητική αγορά στην ήσυχη γειτονιά. Θα μπορούσε να είναι περισσότερο καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο διαμέρισμα. Το μπάνιο είχε μια δυσάρεστη οσμή που μόνο με το παράθυρο ανοιχτό όλη την μέρα έφευγε.

Pros: Atrašanās vieta tuvu metro stacijai, kas ved uz lidostu un arī uz pilsētas centru. No balkona pavērās skats uz kalniem.
Cons: Tā kā manas vizītes laikā bija lietains laiks, pietrūka sildītāja.
