Architect Designer's Apartment in Kolonaki

Excellent and very friendly amd welcoming host

Pros: Everything was perfect. Big, spacious, clean and easily accessible.

Spacious apartment in Athens perfect for large or adult family

Pros: Is huge and great for three groups Lots of kitchen items to cook if you want

Cons: Was a little tight to get out cutlery but a minor issue

Absolutely fantastic

Pros: The apartment is bigger than I expected and had everything we needed, even down to dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and coffee pods for the nespresso machine. It's really close to Lycavettus Hill, and also to the Academy, Library and University area, where there are bars and cafes. It's on a quiet street. There's a balcony which was lovely in the warm evenings. It's a fantastic apartment in a really great location in central Athens.

Cons: The only slight downside was the third double bedroom is really an office room, with bookcases but no storage space for clothes at all.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and the host was helpful and communication was great.

Good location and nice owner

Pros: The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The host was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, preparing so many things in advance that made our stay feel just like home. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others!

Pros: This is a great apartment. Comfortable, very well appointed and in a really good neighbourhood. We could walk to all the main sites including the acropolis. We had a toddler with our party and it worked well for her too! Comfortable double beds. Alexander the host was so helpful! We had a taxi strike the day our son and family were arriving and Alexander had his girlfriend on standby to fetch them from the airport had we been unable to get a private taxi. He helped at every turn.

Cons: Nothing . However, the third bedroom didn’t have hanging space although it was a good size - only because it has several book cases.

Easy to walk to tourist attractions and local cafes and bars etc clean and tidy

Pros: The location was fantastic. Walk to so much stuff. The apartment was well stocked. Easy to find. Washing machine was added bonus. The owner was so very helpful with info. Restaurants and bar info.

Great stay, would recommend and use again.

Pros: Great location handy to sights and services. Excellent recommendation from host for meal at Rosalia restaurant. Very spacious well equipped apartment.

Pros: Convenient location, with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very spacious apartment with big beds and good amenities. Air conditioning in every room, which was good.

Cons: Sadly our stay coincided with some very noisy building work starting at 9am, which wasn't a great way to deal with a hangover, but did get us up and out to make the most of our stay in Athens.
