Well Designed 1BR in Prime Kolonaki

Perfect apartment for exploring the city

Pros: My experience was really good, I booked last minute and they were available to accompany me throughout my arrival. The apartment is located in one of the best places in Kolonaki, close to the metro and the points of interest in the neighborhood. The area is really safe and secure. The apartment itself is compact and good, very suitable for one person coming to experience the city.

Great relationship between price and quality. I would be back definitely.

Pros: Very comfortable, it’s near the touristic zones and restaurants.

Cons: It’s located on a hill, so if you want to get there walking with big luggage it won’t be easy.

Pleasant stay

Pros: The apartment is located in a central yet quiet area which we liked. For our purpose it was a good choice (stayed for 1 night) Renovation gives it a good feel by retaining its character as well.

Cons: The entrance door is heavy and it was an issue to open it especially from inside because we had to pull it without a handle. In the entrance hall, we came across 2 cockroaches which were quite big. Also, I'd have appreciated if there had been 1-2 capsules for the nesrpresso machine

Pros: Highly recommended The host was extremely helpful, arranging pick up from the air port, and even when the flight was delayed, assisted with keeping the driver updated Great value for money in a location accessible to the main part of town with good local restaurants, bars and small convenience stores Can not praise this accommodation enough

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Super Viertel, super zentral, tolle Gastgeber

Pros: Sehr zentral in einem tollen Viertel der wunderbaren Stadt Athen!

Pros: το κατάλυμα ήταν οτι καλύτερο για την σύντομη παραμονή μου στην Αθήνα. Στο κέντρο της πόλης, εξυπηρετώντας τις όποιες επαγγελματικές και προσωπικές υποχρεώσεις. άνετο στις παροχές με ευγενέστατο και άμεσα διαθέσιμο προσωπικό προς επικοινωνία.

Cons: Δυστυχώς και ενώ το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο η συνάντηση μου με μια νεκρή κατσαρίδα την δευτερη μέρα μέσα στο μπάνιο δεν ήταν οτι καλύτερο! Γνωρίζω πως αυτό οφείλεται κυρίως στην παλαιότητα του κτηρίου στην καθαριότητα των αποχετεύσεων κτλ αλλά παρόλα αυτά την βρήκα μπροστά μου. ΘΑ χρειαστεί η συνεργασία της εταιρείας διαχείρισης με το σύνολο των ιδιοκτητών της πολυκατοικίας ώστε να πραγματοποιηθεί απεντόμωση.

Pros: It was value for money, location was pretty close to everything. Decorations and style were good

Cons: Should have been nice to have a microwave, and some cooking essentials (coffee, sugar, salt). The bed was so tight you couldn’t even make it. There were some dead coackroaches when we came in, I assume they came out when then cleaned.

Pros: Es war sehr schön und es hat alles gepasst. Ich würde jederzeit nochmal dort buchen.

P/l-Verhältniss ist gut

Pros: Modernes Interieur, gute Ausstattung, Netflix and YouTube im TV

Cons: Es ist etwas feucht in der Wohnung, wenn man nicht oft lüftet sowie im Badezimmer auch. Aber dafür gibt es einen Luftentfeuchter. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine aber keine Kaffeekapseln.
