Pros: Spacious and well-equipped apartment at a terrific location for those visiting down town Athens, but wish to be close but not AT the touristic trail AND mix with the locals. It is located between Kolonaki and Exarchia neighborhoods, two strikingly different but both interesting to visit places with plenty of options for food at all times. The landlord gave us a warm welcome and provided plenty of goods to eat, which is unusual. We really felt like at home.
Cons: Apartment is from the 80-90s but very well maintained. The double bed made a bit of noise when moving. Overall, nothing that would bother us personally.

Pros: We were made welcome by contact ensuring we were expected and that we would be able to access our apartment . There was a quick response to queries I had re getting from the airport which was greatly appreciated.
Cons: It would have been lovely to have local information ...places to eat and drink . Particularly as there was a Micheline rated restaurant just around the corner !

Pros: Excellent communication with the owner, who showed great interest in ensuring our comfort and responded very quickly to all our needs. The apartment had everything we needed for a successful stay, both in terms of equipment and location. Thank you, Ketty, for a wonderful stay!

Pros: I recently stayed in this amazing apartment for three days, and it truly felt like coming home. I didn't want to leave! The apartment is incredibly clean, bright, and features a spacious balcony, which is quite rare for the city center of Athens. The quietness outside allowed me to get a good night's sleep, even while being in the heart of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the beautiful linens added to the overall experience. The host was always available for any questions, day or night. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Pros: What I really liked in this apartment was not only how spacious and clean it was, but also where it was situated. With my friend we were able to walk pretty much to anywhere in the city center, such as the acropolis or even the night market in monastiraki. Truly the best area in the city. Also incredibly quiet in the evening if you're looking for rest. I strongly recommend for small group of friends or a couple 😊

Pros: Everything is amazing . The apartment is located quite central in one of the best areas in Athens and you will find plenty of stores, coffee shops ,restaurants and a supermarket near by. The apartment it self has everything you need inside,it is clean, beautifully decorated and the sunlight comes through every room which is something that I love hence I extended my stay for another month. The host Mrs. Katy is a lovely person and eager to help with any questions I had and I’m happy to have met her. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone without hesitation.

A good choice.
Pros: Great apartment, clean and centrally located. Comfortable bed and good wifi. All that you need here including a washer a full kitchen and a long balcony. You can walk to most everything. Safe location.

Pros: This is one of the nicest apartments I have ever stayed in. It is a great space, beautifully decorated and with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment has a big terrace, and I enjoyed sitting out there. It's on a quiet street, but there are restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries nearby. There is a small bar next door, but don't worry. It seems to only open on a Friday, and even then, it didn't keep me awake. The apartment owner lives in the same building, and is very responsive if you have any questions. I am learning Greek, and she was very patient with me and spoke Greek to help me learn! Although the street is quiet, you are very close to the centre (you can walk to Syntagma in less than 10 minutes). Overall, I can highly recommend this apartment. Everything about it was fabulous.
Cons: I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like.
