Renovated apartment

Peaceful place, near all kinds of transportation, good space

Pros: Close to the Metro, Busstop, supermarket. If you buy the bus ticket for three or five days, to go to downtown, pireu, plaka, flea market, acropoles, and so is too easy.

Pros: There was everything that we need to use the apartment comfortable for about a week. Not to noisy. The bus stop and the metro station was about 10-15 minutes from the apartment by feet. Local stores and cafeterias was near. Very helpful owner, easy contact.

Cons: A little bit too dark in apartment but bacause it was on the first floor.

Taste, hospitality and caring atmosphere close to Calatrava bridge

Pros: Great and ample spaces. Bathroom and Kitchen really well equiped and furnished fulfilling the promise of a comfortable urban experience, without caring to go out to eat, if required. Refined good taste and quality of furniture, carpets and a general caring atmosphere. The host is mostly available for you and takes really seriously all your requests and needs, procuring from the start unique amenities like good bath soaps, coffee, toasts, butter, and marmelade for a few first breakfasts. And daily mineral water too. The neighborhood is really easy going, and affordable. There is a good supermarket no more than 50 meters down the avenue.

Cons: Maybe the only thing is that natural heat from outside takes some time to warm your mornings. Anyway, very little setbacks. Congratulations to Dimitri's hospitality skills!

Pros: Πολύ καθαρό και πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο κύριος που το έχει.!! Τοποθεσία μια χαρά και όλα είναι δίπλα.!

Pros: ΤΟ ΔΙΑΜΕΡΙΣΜΑ ΒΡΙΣΚΕΤΑΙ ΠΟΛΥ ΚΟΝΤΑ ΣΤΟΝ ΣΤΑΘΜΟ ΤΟΥ ΜΕΤΡΟ ΚΑΤΕΧΑΚΗ, ΕΙΝΑΙ ΑΝΑΚΑΙΝΙΣΜΕΝΟ, ΗΤΑΝ ΠΟΛΥ ΚΑΘΑΡΟ ΚΑΙ ΙΔΙΑΙΤΕΡΑ ΗΣΥΧΟ ΠΑΡΑ ΤΟ ΓΕΓΟΝΟΣ ΟΤΙ ΒΡΙΣΚΕΤΑΙ ΔΙΠΛΑ ΣΕ ΛΕΩΦΟΡΟ

Εξαιρετικά βολικό & καθαρό κατάλυμα, που προσφέρει μία πολύ καλή εμπειρία διαμονής.

Pros: Μία από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες φιλοξενίας που είχα σε κατάλυμα βραχυχρόνιας μίσθωσης. Ο ιδιοκτήτης δείχνει να ενδιαφέρεται πραγματικά για τους φιλοξενούμενούς του, κάτι που είναι εμφανές τόσο από τη θερμή υποδοχή και την παροχή των απαραίτητων οδηγιών, όσο και από την άμεση υποστήριξή σε ό,τι χρειαστεί, αλλά ταυτόχρονα και τη διακριτικότητά του. Τα δύο βασικά χαρακτηριστικά του ίδιου του καταλύματος είναι η πολύ βολική του θέση, με εύκολη πρόσβαση, συγκοινωνίες κλπ και οι εξαιρετικά καθαροί του χώροι, κάτι που προσωπικά εκτιμώ πολύ. Θα επανέλθω ευχαρίστως με πρώτη ευκαιρία.

Pros: Είναι ένα εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα σε πολύ βαλκή τοποθεσία καθαρό με όλες τις ανέσεις

Pros: Άψογο...πεντακάθαρο σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία με όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι εξαιρετικός ικοδεσότης με μεγάλη ευγένεια και προθυμία να σε βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς.

Apartamento genial y ciudad que merece ser visitada.

Pros: La situación es muy buena. Con paradas de metro cercanas. Zona de Panormou con muchos servicios. Tanto el bus como el metro que vienen del aeropuerto te dejan muy cerca del apartamento. El dueño del apartamento es muy amable, y habla inglés. Él da facilidades para el check-in y el chech-out. El apartamento está limpio y es muy acogedor. Con secador de pelo, TV, microondas, cocina, cafetera, sandwichera. En el amario hay ropa de cama que abriga (aunque he visitado Atenas en diciembre y el tiempo fue espectacular, nada de frío). Apartamento recomendable y ciudad que merece muchísimo la pena ser visitada unos cuantos días y saborearla bien
