Lovely New Βuild Flat Near Metro - Free Parking

Lovely apartment at a great location

Pros: A very convenient, newly built, one-room apartment next to everything and close to the metro-bus station to the city centre and the airport. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. Of great importance was the private parking place of the apartment.

Pros: The apartment was excellent,clean, quiet location, and the biggest advantage was the private parking. Next time we're in Athens, we will absolutely book here again.

Pros: We stayed 20 days for work in the flat. The flat is very new, very comfortable and has all the necessary facilities in the house. The location of the flat is very easy to reach to the city center . The bus stop and the metro statiıon was a few minutes by walking. There was a super market and a bakery store just opposite apartment which was very handy. Also the neighbourhood has restaurants by walking distance for 5 minutes which we enjoted for sea food and traditional Greek cuisine. The balcony of the flat was very enjoyable to have the breakfast and dinner in April. House keeper Gabriel is very kind , friendly and always willing to help . The metro station Katehaki was very easy to reach to the airport by a single metro line and also to the Pireus for toursitic visit. I will highly recommend the flat for everybody who visit Athens.

A very nice apartment in a good location

Pros: For us the location was excellent and the parking was important as this is a busy part of Athens. The apartment is very nice and generally well equipped, though some smaller saucepans would be good. The bed was very comfortable. Gabriel sent us a lot of useful information before we arrived. It would be helpful to have more information about the parking space in advance too, but we were able to deal with this by sms. Gabriel was very responsive to our messages.

Pros: Mr Gabriel was really helpfull and supported us in a very difficult situation, we visited Athens because one of our family member of us is hospedalized in Athen, very close to the appartment. The fact that parking is available it's very important in this area.

Recommended !

Pros: A queiet place, near to metro station. Everything you need for a pleasant holiday in a big town.

Cons: It would be great to have a notice in the address, which bell to ring. They are about 10 flats in the house . . .

A lovely stay in a modern flat, conveniently located for your time in Athens

Pros: having stayed for almost 50 days I can testify that the flat is in a very good condition! The property is located in a very nice area with amenities nearby. The flat is very modern and the available parking space is great! A very pleasant stay in general!

Cons: Although the apartment was pristine clean (water closet, kitchen, linens etc) the apartment was not very well hoovered when I moved in. Some minor details that would really made the stay perfect: I would recommend adding a clothes airer in the apartment as during summer with the radiators off, it would be quite difficult to dry clothes; a dish drainer would also be essential to the house :)

Pros: το πάρκινγκ που διαθέτει το κατάλυμα εξυπηρετεί αφάνταστα. επίσης η τοποθεσία του είναι πάρα πολύ καλή καθώς βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο με δυνατότητα χρήσης κ των μέσων μαζικής μεταφοράς. σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά.

Cons: λίγο σκληρό το στρώμα

Pros: Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από σταθμό μετρό και στάση λεωφορείου, προσφέροντας άμεση και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα σημεία της πόλης. Οι παροχές του είναι πλήρεις και προσεγμένες, καλύπτοντας απόλυτα κάθε ανάγκη για μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή.
