Amazing stay!

Pros: The accomodation was clean, very nice and more spacious then i thought. Perfect for 2 person! The balcony and kitchen are a nice addition. The location is great as well, safe neighborhood and around 20 min walk to acropolis. Also enough supermarkets nearby. The communication with the host was very fast and he was friendly too. The bed and the bathroom are fine too (u have to put on the boiler 30 min before showering)

Cons: Actually everything was great. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the TV doesn’t always turn on and off properly with the remote control.

Pros: The accommodation was perfect for our two night stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood had bars, shops and restaurants all in easy walking distance and a bakery in the same street.

Cons: Nothing, we were very happy with the studio.

Pros: Koukaki Studios in Athens offers a fantastic, centrally located base for exploring the city! Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the essentials for a convenient stay in the vibrant Koukaki neighborhood. You're surrounded by countless cafes and bakeries for breakfast options, as well as restaurants and bars for lunch and dinner. George was very friendly and helpful, assisting with any needs or recommendations for exploring Athens, as well as late check-ins. Koukaki Studios provides a practical and welcoming urban retreat, perfect for those who want a comfortable base and enjoy immersing themselves in a lively local neighborhood, with easy access to Athens' main attractions.

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything needed (kitchen wear, iron, hair dryer, etc.). The apartment is located close to Acropolis and Plaka (15 min. walk). Our host greeted us nicely and even provided water and coffee for us! We would recommend this apartment.
