Very nice place to stay :)

Pros: Perfect place for our short stay in Athens. The apartment has got everything you may need, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and spacious lounge. Very good distance from the main tourist spots, not too far, so you can easily walk but not too close, to be too loud and noisy. Near by many restaurants and coffee shops, we especially enjoyed the venues with life music within the walking distance. Very close to the bus stopps or metro. Safe area around.

Great, will book again.

Pros: The place, the decor, and the host’s attentiveness were excellent.

Pros: It was my third time staying in the Koukaki area. The neighborhod is vibrant yet safe, and very close to the city center on foot. The apartment is perfect for two people. It's bright and comfortable. The keys are left for you in the lockbox outside the building, so it was an easy check-in.

Cons: The building’s front door is close to the apartment since it’s on the first floor, and it can be a bit loud, light sleepers might find it bothersome. I use earplugs, so it wasn’t an issue for me.

Lovely stay in Athens (highly recommend to book)

Pros: Wow the property was awesome! It had everything you’d need for your stay and more. We loved it. Besides it’s located very close to the centre but in a more peaceful and hip area, lots of bars and restaurants around.

Cons: Nothing that I didn’t.

Cozy apartment

Pros: Everything was wonderful. Host has been very helpful, great communication and very friendly. Apartment is perfect, cozy, close to great places to dine.

Cons: 10 out of 10! Wonderful

Nice Quiet Place to Stay in Athens

Pros: The flat was spacious and clean. Nice touch to receive recommendation of places to go eat/drink. Sadly many were no longer operating. Might need to update the list.

Cons: It is further away from the metro station that stated, especially with 3 suitcases on those footpaths. For those who need peace and quiet it is perfect. Sadly, if you want to be closer to the action, taxi is required. Also, and this is a rather big one for me, the water system shut itself off on the first morning so we didn't have hot water for most of our stay.

Spacoius apt in calm but hip and central location

Pros: Location is fabulous, appt spacious and well equipped, matches the published photos

Cons: A big clean would be nice, we mopped up upon arrival although it might have been the sandstorm a week before

Perfect stand on Athens close to Acropolis

Pros: Everything is perfect. Perfect location and instructions. Kind landlord.

Pros: Great location. Property was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Fantastic communication from the host.

Pros: Great location, helpful owners, good amenities. Everything you need for coffee/tea and other kitchen facilities. Clean apartment. Cute design. Easy to reach from the street. Clear instructions for the check-in.

Cons: Towels could be of better quality.
