Extremely enjoyable stay
Pros: Fantastic location. 3 minute walk to The Acropolis and Pantheon. View of the Acropolis from the balcony. Can see the balcony from the Acropolis. Amongst restaurants and shopping. Nice spacious apartment.
Cons: Could have a better variety of utensils. Definitely need a wine opener and wine glasses.

Great location
Pros: The best location, right in the centre of Plaka, over looking an ancient monument and a restaurant. So close to the Acropolis. Lovely roomy apartment

Good sized apartment which was great for our short stay in Athens
Pros: Absolutely fantastic location with a view of the Acropolis and Choragic Monument of Lysicrates. Balcony was incredible.
Cons: Please be aware that there is major building work on the adjacent building. This did not bother us because we were out most of the time. There was no early morning or evening activity on the building site.

Great value apartment in awesome location if you’re after functional stay, not luxury
Pros: The location was perfect. Right in the middle of all the action, close to quaint streets, great restaurants everywhere the balcony overlooked a main thoroughfare with few vehicles and on the corner of a small monument and reserve. It was an easy and quite flat 10 min walk from Akropolis train station. The south entrance to the Acropolis was only a few mins away and all of the major ancient attractions and other nice areas are all within a 10-15 min stroll. The apartment itself, although advertised as a one bedroom apartment, is really a two bed apartment. Appears a dining room was converted into second bedroom with glass doors and sliding doors (if they worked) and with double glazed windows and shutters in bedroom windows (other lounge room shutters not working). But overall, the apartment was excellent value for money and in an awesome location, but accept that an older place and some things need a little TLC. Nice to have a washing machine too.
Cons: You have to accept being in such a great location, does come with some pedestrian noise and some vehicle noise (and when they need to pump sewers on the road outside at 5am one morning), but double glazing and shutters help. Being an older place, you have to accept a few doors don’t close properly, or don’t slide closed, or very sticky and the bathroom is a bit basic and could use a Reno. Also a strange quirk required for hot water to turn the boiler fuse on for 30 mins prior to needing a shower - should be in check-in message instructions, given printed manual was hidden in TV cabinet. There was also no hairdryer when we stayed (not the owners fault and she was addressing after w we left, but we also had a water leak from above the ceiling which kept the bathroom floor constantly wet, an inconvenience but being fixed).

We would recommend to anyone, location is good and have 2 bedroom to fit in 4 people perfectly.
Pros: The location is unbeatable, lots of restaurants and shop nearby
Cons: The ventilation of the bathroom is poor as we go in winter so lots of steam in the room after shower, wet and damp. The WiFi is poor so we use our own data plan.

Pros: Perfect location. the apartment is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is well accessorized.
Cons: The bathroom could use a little maintenance (but still very clean). The apartment is on the 1st floor, need to climb some steps with luggage.
