“Athens Cosmos” Apartment in Neos Kosmos

Great accommodation, bad parking

Pros: The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. Communication with the host was excellent. When we arrived, one of the beds hadn’t been set up, but the team responded immediately and had the cleaning staff at the apartment within the hour with fresh bedsheets and towels. Their quick response made a big difference and was genuinely appreciated.

Cons: While the apartment itself was clean and modern, I was very disappointed with the misleading information about parking. The listing stated that “Free parking is available on-site,” but this was not the case. There was no on-site parking at all, only street parking. After more than an hour of driving around, we ended up having to park over 800 metres away from the apartment. This should be clearly stated in the listing to avoid frustration for future guests.

Good location, nice, clean, and comfortable apartament for good price.

Pros: Very clean and large apartament, nice and well designed furniture (very modern), comfortable kitchen with a working coffee machine and a washing machine. Good location, not far from tourist places and market (Lidl), good quiet area. Acceptable price.

Cons: Despite them saying that there is free parking, there was only street parking, which was almost impossible to find. Everything was full, there were no empty spaces, it took us several circles to find a spot, and then had to walk several minutes to get to the apartament.

Pros: Nice apartment in a central zone, with many stores and restaurants around in case you need anything.

Cons: There were a couple of things we didn't expect: being in a central zone, can get a little bit noisy sometimes, the shower on the second bathroom is not really usable, you need to press a button and wait 20-30 mins to have hot water, the free parking is just the streets around, no private one, in which you can be half an hour or more searching for a place if you come with a car and not that many cluttery/appliances on the kitchen, just the very basics.

Spacious appartment with location to explore city

Pros: Good location in quiet street near supermarkets, bakery and restaurants. Really spacious, very well-equipped appartment with 3 bedrooms ans 2 toilets. In general everything what we need to prolong our stay in Greece to explore capital city.

Cons: Parking in the street is quite difficult, there are free public parking spaces beside street, but you need to have lucky to get one. There were also some strange smell in the appartment, but in general clean. Also air conditioning is quite outdated and doesn't work as it should be, which can be problem during hot summer.

Spacious and comfortable apartment near the center and the city's attractions.

Pros: Very good location, easy access to metro and tram stations. In the area there are supermarkets, bakery and restaurants. The apartment is located on a quiet street.

Pros: Very clean and nice.. Very homely.. Five mins walk to the Metro and near Lidle and convenient store.. We enjoyed our stay..

Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Athens.

Pros: Apartment looked as if it had been recently renovated. Great location, the property had everything we needed.

Cons: Only missing a more detailed guide book. Is something very minor though, since the communication with the management was excellent, and they were very quick to answer any questions.

The best stay ever!

Pros: The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-equipped. Additionally, it's in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery shop (Lidl), and even better, the city center is within walking distance. Highly recommended for families with children.\

Pros: Very nice and spacious apartment in a central location. Felt like being at home. The metro station Neos Kosmos is very close on a walking distance and it's 2 metro stops away from the Akropolis and most of the historical places to visit.

Cons: If you come with a car it's a bit of a challenge to find a free parking space around, don't rely on parking on the street, it's next to impossible and generally risky if you care about the bodywork of your car. (most of the cars around had dents/scratch marks all over them) The closest place I was able to find was on Vrigou 8 for about 11E per day, but it's open only from Monday to Friday, so I had to relocate to the other paid parking place nearby called Cosmos CarPark.
