Pros: Great VFM. Very convenient location, ultra clean, and quiet.

Cons: The flat was quite cold. There were many types of heating appliances provided by the host which save the day, but you need to have them on almost all the time. Also a larger TV set should definitely be considered

Pros: Very organized, easily accessible both by car / metro. Easy instruction for key collection. View was perfect. Good sound proofing.

Pros: Πολύ καλά όλα!! η περιοχή εξαιρετική.. Πάρκινγκ από κάτω ακριβώς εξαιρετικά! θεωρώ όμως ότι χρειάζεται ένας καθρέφτης ακόμη στο κατάλυμα υπήρχε μόνο στ μπάνιο.

Pros: Εύκολη πρόσβαση , κεντρικό σημείο , ήσυχη γειτονιά , σύγχρονο διαμέρισμα. Καθαρό.

Cons: Χρειαζόταν ένα - δύο μικρα λαμπατερ στο υπνοδωμάτιο σε κομοδίνα . Και κάνα δυο μικρά χαλακια και από τις δύο πλευρές της κρεβατοκάμαρας . Αυτό , τίποτα περισσότερο.

Pros: I have traveled extensively around the world, and I can confidently say that this is the coziest apartment I’ve ever stayed in. It’s perfect for families, with everything so thoughtfully planned and well-organized. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable, and exudes such a positive energy that you instantly feel at home. While Athens can be a bit noisy, the apartment’s windows do an excellent job of blocking out the noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. The location is fantastic, and if you’re seeking some tranquility, there’s a lovely park nearby. It’s a wonderful spot with parrots, a playground, and a dog park—perfect for relaxing. The communication with the host was excellent; she was incredibly helpful and responsive. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, and I highly recommend this apartment!

Cons: The apartment can be a little noisy, but that's typical for Athens and the well-insulated windows help with that. The only other minor issue was the showerhead, which was a bit uncomfortable to use as it tended to spray water all over. However, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay.
