Studio with panoramic Athens view

Good stay - great location - fabulous views .

Pros: The view- Clean Well appointed for a short stay . Bathroom / kitchen / eating area/ comfy bed . - the situation was pretty good. A 10-15 minute walk from the Metro. 7 minutes from the express airport bus stop Alex was incredibly helpful and took my cases up for me- On the way out the lovely young lady from the same apartment- helped me to get to the right entrance for my cab

Cons: I was surprised at only having 2 coffee pods. Our BnB in Crete had supplied so much - I expected some water in the fridge. But I guess Athens tap water is ok to drink 😊 I was unable to find a light that worked on the 8th floor - coming down to the elevator on the 7th floor- I used my phones torch .

Trip at the end of October

Pros: The accommodation met all our needs. -Reasonably private. -Close to public transport. -Great views. -Large terrace. -Modern interiors -Useable kitchen... Perfect for two people for a week!

Pros: large private roof terrace, nice view, clean and new interior, good bus connection with downtown, large comfortable bed, kitchen anex, good air conditioning with heating module.

Cons: microwave and some more plates may be missing, maybe. :)

Pros: Era tutto perfetto. La casa completamente attrezzata e vista incantevole.

ΤΕΛΕΙΑ??????

Pros: Η τοποθεσία η ησυχία η θεα μα περισσότερο η φιλοξενία του οικοδεσπότη.

Favoloso

Pros: Alex è un bravissimo padrone di casa! Ci siamo trovati molto bene perché ha inoltrato una mail dettagliata con tutte le spiegazioni per tempo e ha risposto subito ai messaggi! È stato davvero molto gentile. Il monolocale è dotato di tutti i confort, l’arredo e gli spazi son curati nei dettagli! La cucina è nuova e spaziosa, il frigo silenzioso, il materasso molto comodo, la tv grande con Internet ben funzionante e l’aria condizionata funziona bene. La terrazza è molto grande ed è piacevole cenare fuori! Sarebbe stato carino ci fosse stato un po’ più verde, qualche pianta in più per renderla ancora più accogliente! Il monolocale è ben collegato alla metro linea blu e nel giro di mezz’ora potete raggiungere con facilità le principali attrazioni turistiche!

Cons: Il bagno è piccolo però c’è uno specchio contenitore che consente di poggiare i vari prodotti. Il monolocale non è proprio in centro ma la metro a piedi dista circa 15minuti ed è facile spostarsi!

Pros: Közel volt a kék metro , így mindent egyszerűen és gyorsan el lehetett érni. Tiszta volt és az erkély nagyon szuper és nagy volt. A felszerelés épp elég pár napra :).

Cons: A környék koszos, de ahogy láttuk ez egész Athénra jellemző sajnos , ez nem a szálláshely hibája.

Pros: Taras z widokiem jest fenomenalny, spędzaliśmy na nim miło czas. Okolica bezpieczna, dobrze skomunikowana z centrum. Dodatkowo super kontakt z właścicielem, pozwolił nam się szybciej zameldować, co było bardzo miłym akcentem z jego strony:) Polecam!

Cons: Mała rzecz bez której da się obejść, ale jedyne czego nam brakowało to kieliszki do wina, warto pomyśleć nad dodaniem ich do wyposażenia:)

Monolocale con vista e terrazza grandissima

Pros: Era tutto nuovo e abbastanza ben attrezzato, anche se in cucina potrebbe esserci qualche utensile in più. Alex è molto gentile e mi ha prestato il suo ferro da stiro.

Cons: Il frigorifero era sporco e c'era mezzo limone e una bottiglietta aperta con qualcosa dentro ...Nell'armadio (un po' impolverato) e nel bagno ho trovato un paio di capelli... la finestra del bagno era un po' sporca e incrostata di calcare. La zona non è molto silenziosa ma con le finestre chiuse si può dormire ( peccato perchè all'ottavo piano c'è una bella aria fresca la notte.
